This isn't a review of the store. This is a review of the company. I bought two S21 brand new smartphones at full price. But because I bought them under their 12 month policy. I have to pay boost 12 months in order to get my phones unlocked and making it to where even though I'm not under contract I'm forced to do business with them for 12 months. Customer service is a joke, they don't listen at all and put you on mute when you're trying to explain to them how criminal this is. Do not trust places that don't offer a contract.

The young looking Hispanic lady was truly awesome in helping me pick out another phone and then she took time out to transfer my stuff from one phone to the other. Great service.

Had no idea how to solve problem,to many apps on phone.New phone,alot of apps I will never use.If my data is used again so fast.Time to shop around.I also called customer support,he did not know what to do so he transferred me to someone had went home,I did call after 5pm.truly disappointed in support help.
