This place is amazing! Took my car in for a minor repair and drove away paying way less than the dealership would have charged. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. I would recommend ACR for anyone needing quality work at a fair price.

Went to get my windshield wipers fixed because the other guys installed it incorrectly.. Hunter was a gentlemen and the technician figured out the issue in less than 10 minutes with no charge at the end. This will definitely be my go to if I ever have any issues with my vehicle. I recommend them 100%.

My dealership recommended the shop to me after someone backed into my brand new car. My advisor they are the best in town so I went in and got my car fixed at shop. They did an amazing job. All I need was to drop off the car and have them claim number. They got it fixed, filed supplement and worked directly with my insurance company. Very professional. Picked it up and it’s like brand new.
Post-repair service was AMAZING as well. Strongly recommend y’all go to DYLAN for questions and concerns. He answered all my questions clearly. I had to bother him twice but he made me feel so welcomed. He was so nice, did not hesitate to assist me with all my questions I had about the safety features. He spent time to listen to my issues, got to checked immediately and explained everything.
Really appreciated it.

I called to send a fax of parts and the people were rude, and unhelpful. I tried talking to a manager but they were just as rude. I would really recommend getting another estimate if they have this attitude then you need to be careful.

Overall the repairs were okay even though they overfilled my freon which cause my A/C not to work and potentially caused harm to my compressor. I called them about it and they didn't take any responsibility for their work and said it would only be covered if I brought the car into them. I live in Colorado and that wasn't an option. Instead of trying to do something to make it right, they said they weren't going to do anything about it. Overall, I'm thoroughly disappointed in how they handled this issue.

Hunter and his staff are professional & courteous. They quickly got us towed to the shop and prioritize, the repairs. You can’t buy integrity. Amarillo collision is the BEST collision repair center in Amarillo Texas.
