FYI if you decide you no longer wish to have Allstate as your security provider no matter what the reason, they will not let you cancel by paying an early cancellation fee to cover cancellation before the end of your contract term. They force you to keep the service.

I got a new system put in when we moved to the area, and it was well worth it! Amanda Perez helped me out, explained everything and was so nice! We’ve had our system a little over a month now and I have no complaints! Thank you Allstate!

I worked for this company and it was a joke.I was told I had to use my own vehicle for patrols and then when I got stuck in mud due to very poor lighting, the captain Shank told me "I don't know what to tell you, its your personal vehicle" so I reminded him that he told me to use it and he still said "idk what to tell you" I was able to get it unstuck but at a cost of some damages to my vehicle and they refuse to take responsibility. I quit and went to return my uniforms and retrieve my property that I purchased that was there and when I asked for my property Heather at the front desk decided to tell me I needed to wait and stay there till she was done checking in the uniforms, I stated I had other things to do and she shrugged and said "thats not my problem" she was very unprofessional and rude as well as the other employee that was there telling me I can go outside. I did go outside and called the police because they refused to give me my property.I've worked for a few companies before and Allstate security is the most unprofessional, rude, and just plain ridiculous company out there. I advise NOBODY work for this terrible companyThey won't take any responsibility and will leave you questioning everything about why you ever worked there. Nuff said.

Give a special thanks to the man who stopped outside my apartments to help me open my door while my hands were full! I didn’t thank him in person because I was sorta confused, I thought he was just coming in to talk to the staff there, I didn’t realize he was just helping me!

I was having problems with my mother-in-law’s security system with Brinks. They would not come out to service it and the alarm was always going off every morning. A friend gave me Amanda Perez phone number and she was able to get our problem resolved in 2 days and I had fought with Brinks for 6 months !! Thank you so much Amanda.

I called Allstate because I wanted to have an armed response to alarms. I had two incidents in the last six months where I called the police and they told me they couldn’t send anyone to help. The first time one of my contractors was being assaulted, the second time people were breaking into a house I was remodeling. I recently bought a house in a nice neighborhood that I wanted to fix up and resell. There were homeless people that kept breaking in and stealing the copper and vandalizing the house. We would run them off but they would come back at night. I called and talked to Amanda and she set up surveillance on the property until I could get the electricity turned back on. Then they installed a security system and could immediately send someone if the alarm was set off. This solved the problem immediately. She put out signs and checked up on the property constantly. She texted me pictures and updates. She made it extremely easy for me. It’s probably the best customer service I’ve ever received. It was really good to deal with someone local who was that nice and tried so hard to help. Thank you Amanda for all your help!
