I recently visited the UPS store and had a wonderful experience thanks to Riley. The service provided was truly exceptional. Riley attended to me with the best attitude, showing incredible patience throughout the process. It's rare to encounter such dedicated and friendly customer service. I have been coming here (UPD Alvin) FOREVER and have always had EXCEPTIONAL service! They all go above and beyond and ups is VERY lucky to have them!

Love this UPS store is great! Even when there is a line the workers make sure the customer is satisfied and still the line goes quickly. I love the fact I don’t have to stay in line long because I have back problems.

This is an amazing experience for me.. when I told the staff I need help then they all came out to my car and carried everything to the store for me.. I'm so appreciative of the staff. Amazing people work here!I went home so happy and satisfied by the genuine helping mechanism. I hope all ups stores are like this one. God bless yall.. thanku for helping me.. I will be back soon!

Great location,clean store very nice and knowledgeable staff. Even though there was a wait line around Christmas time it was still moving fast, great service you guys at UPS.

Two people were there and constantly busy with everyone coming in. I didn't have some info I needed, so I was waiting on my wife to send and watched them interact with the others. They were very impressive. Evaluating each time the best and cheapest way for people to send packages. When I finally got my info they efficiently got my packages done

I was told something would take 3 days to arrive. Well 4 days has passed and now it will be another 4 days. I was given corporates number to get a refund and now they are saying the Alvin store needs to give the refund. It’s $13. I’m not doing this run around with these ppl. Keep the $13….you just lost my business and anyone else who ask me where they should ship something.
