Cheap Chinese tools, some are great and some are best left alone. Have to know that American made motors etc. Should be purchased somewhere else. However,hand tools, ropes, cables, extension cords,and the like are about the same only way cheaper at harbor freight

Bought a generator on the 12th, stoped working on the 17, brought it back to HB. Was told they don’t have any more instock and don’t have anymore on order. My only option was to wait for an undetermined amount of time for another to arrive in store or drive an hour away to another store and try to find one there. Oh and they also wanted to charge me a restocking fee on their crap product they sold to me that stoped working in 5 days time! Absolute disrespect for their customers here. Absolute trash you sell here. You just lost a long time customer. The two ladies working at this HF could give two shiits about it.

I’ve had good luck with their generators as well as good prices. Also, they have good prices on flat-less wheels so I made a trailer for my generator to follow zero turn.

No matter what you buy, if you decide to return it, you will be charged a 20-30% restocking fee. Done with harbor freight. Their prices aren't even good anymore anyways.

I found everything online that I needed and exactly which aisle it was located in, this made it very convenient since I didn't have a lot of time to spare. The cashier was so sweet and cheerful and happy to be of assistance, her name is Reannah from store #03166 in Alvin TX. She gave off such a warm and happy feeling and not a bother like some do. That's customer service!

Needed a C clamp, got a C clamp for the caliper. Haven’t yet taken a look at everything else but upon glancing they do have some good deals and bright lighting. The store is cleanly. The employees were knowledgeable.
