Unfriendly costumer service guy on phone.I am a costumer and I am not happy.Thumps down ??On April 19I gave them a call .. a guy answered.He asked many questions .. and when time to answer my question.. he put me on hold .. then he answered:We just deal with companies...we dont deal with home owners!!!He could tell me that from the beginning instead of wasting my time.
