Went to have a fan assembly installed for $721 after it was diagnosed as the problem of not staying cold in school pick up line. When I arrived to pick up vehicle Duane greeted me, first time customer, saying “we have bad news everything I touch on your vehicles breaks”. He admitted he broke the radiator and said “a radiator is $125”which was not true. I had to replace it at $285 plus labor $215 total $500. He broke the neck and breather tube of radiator during his install of fan assembly. He sent me out to the school pick up line with Teflon tape as the repair to the neck. I am 68 and disabled! First time customer! My estimate doesn’t say I needed a radiator. If it was bad he would have put it in estimate. After radiator replacement vehicle doesn’t cool down and likely didn’t need the fan assembly! Warranty is no good to me as he is too aggressive to work on my car! $720 AND MY VEHICLE IS NOT FIXED!!! Same problem before he diagnosed fan! I will let my card battle it out. Pictures don’t lie!!!
