I went in today after not going to a hair salon for so long due to past experiences with different hair salons stylists cutting my hair improperly (wasn’t like pictures I’ve shown and cut way shorter with no discussions). The stylist, Noel, was really kind and walked me through what she would do to get my desired cut (with pictures shown) and honestly, she did a wonderful job. Will truly recommend trusting her to do a phenomenal job and I will be coming back in the future!
Hair type: My hair is thick and I have a lot of hair! (Took some time to get all the layers dried) My hair is also naturally wavy.

Nikki is an outstanding stylist. She studies your hair and provides a superb cut based on your hair. I booked two visits ahead this time.

Erin Craford , did an AMAZING!!! Hair cut , I've tried the so called best salons in Mckinney ( Not ) Erin by far is the absolute Best , I honestly can't say enough about my hair cut , I'm so thankful I found her ❤️
Requested style: I wanted long layers and showed a picture Erin did exactly that.

Today, for the 2nd time in 3 weeks, my husband comes in very upset. Both appointments I scheduled for him, when he gets there they can't find his appointments. Both times he was told the appointments is for a different day. I scheduled them and confirmed BOTH times the date and time before ending the call. I found 2 reviews (1 year-2 years) with the exact same problem. He really loves his haircut with Nikki. We give Nikki five stars, unfortunately, neither of us will be back.
Although I appreciate responses, as well as a follow Through. The only thing that needs response is your schedulers.

Growing out my hair so no more barber shops. I got a men's cut w Ericka and she was great and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!! Even more than that she was extremely pleasant to talk with as well. Will be coming back for future cuts
