I went to adjust the bracelet of my watch and it was done real fast. The owner is really kind and friendly. The price of the services that is offered is much better compared to other places that I have been to.

You have a friend in the business; his shop is in a postal store, but he's knowledgeable and can handle most repairs in less than a week and can do bracelet watch fittings while you wait.

I took a couple of watches here during one summer. The first was a dive watch that had fallen and the 12 o'clock marker came loose and was bouncing around inside the face of the watch. I had given up on getting it fixed until I found out about Jack's. Came back good as new after a quick repair for a great price! Then I took another watch that a lot of other shops had looked at and no one could fix to Jack and it came back in great shape. A few months later it developed a separate problem where the crown was coming loose and eventually fell off and got lost. I sent it to Jack's from out of state and even though it was a separate problem, the service was covered under the warranty from the last job. He went out of his way to find an aftermarket crown and only charged shipping. Fantastic work, incredible customer service, don't take your watch anywhere else.

I went today to get my Gucci watch fixed. After going to a different shop who couldnt figure it out. I took it here, battery was replaced and a few settings changed and its working great! Thanks! Great customer service as well. Highly recommend!!
