I purchased some Yeezy Slides for my son for Christmas. Unfortunately he was not there to try them on because it was a Christmas present. I was told by the sales associate there to purchase a size bigger because they ran very small. I took his advice since he is the expert, but turns out they are too big for my son and now has to wait to grow into them. The store will not exchange them even though it was their advice to buy them a size up. I am not asking for my money back simply to exchange them for the correct size.

they sell fake shoes. got a pair of dunks for 350 and they are fake.

The staff that works there is horrible, especially the girl who has terrible customer service, run away from there. 3.6 stars means lousy site, I don't know why they hire people who don't have empathy it also says on the door that they open at 10 and the staff arrive at 12:30 they waste customers time

Extremely rude staff. Decision made to purchase $475 pair of Travis Scott and was yelled at when I tried them on to verify the would fit. Business must be good to provide that level of customer service.

There’s ways to ask customers to step out if they don’t allow food inside. Screaming it out from the counter is unprofessional.

Came in the other day and although I didn’t end up getting anything I loved the energy from the workers there! Especially Gallagher who knew so much about each shoe and was passionate and eager to tell us about what they had to offer. Highly recommended coming here if you’re looking for some sick shoes or even to just meet some cool people.
