Danielle was a HUGE help! Had some questions about a money order and she was able to go out of her way to get those answers for me. Mr. Hassan was great at helping me with a name change. Great experience overall during my visit.

How many hours do you need to open a checking account? Swung by 1 hour before closing to listen about that they are closing soon.

Lazy lazy lazy. The only people working their tail off here are the folks behind the counter who take care of the customers inside AND at the drive through. When there is a big line does the manager step in and help - nope!
And nobody answers the phone. Thanks for nothing.
What fools decided to put $5 in the ATM? Really? $20’s are already worth nothing. Other banks dispense $50’s but not Chase. They think someone wants a $5. ?. Out of touch with their customer base.

This branch is ok. I like the ATM on the inside where I can choose my denominations. When you walk in they say hi. The service here is not amazing. Legit one time I ordered currency and they tore it. They had to reorder it to replace it and I had to pay the new rate. When it was their fault. To be fair I have also seen them deal with customers try to cash checks at the window without identification and managing challenging situations so I realize their job is not always pleasant. But I do expect to be treated kindly, which is not consistent at this location. Lobby is always clean and well maintained. No concerns with safety. Drive through is efficient. Two ATMs available in the drive through. Convenient location at the Villages.

Chase bank I remember had great customer experience. However, with digitization I had not visited Chase bank as often recently. I recently paid visit to get a document notarized which would take 5 mins at most. When I walked in, I was reminded that I needed to schedule an appointment and can't just walk in. Although I was told that the staff was waiting for their next appointment to show up. Since I needed to get the document notarized, I started looking up for places where I can get my document notarized. As I was doing so Ms. Minal Rathi showed up and asked if I had been helped. After explaining my situation, she asked me to wait and within few minutes she returned with a smile and agreed to notarize my document. That is the customer service I remember banking with the Chase Bank for 15+ years. Once again, thank you Ms. Rathi for stepping up and walking extra mile for a customer.Disclaimer: This is not the branch I normally visit. I was travelling through Texas and had to notarize the document so I visited nearest branch.

Absolute worst experience I've had with any bank. Overpromised and underdelivered. I went through an 8 month loan application process that was a complete waste of my time dealing with incompetent bankers. Very unprofessional and dishonest.

I cashed my paycheck and took it to this location. The bank was closed so I deposited my cash to the ATM. While processing my deposit, the ATM displayed and error message. The ATM kept my cash but didn't credit my account. That was over $1000 and was all that I had. I called customer service who filed a claim and said it would be three to five business days before I could get even a partial credit; today is Friday so the claim wouldn't start processing until Monday. I explained that without those funds, I had no money for food, gas, bills, etc. I asked for an immediate credit of just $100 to live on until the claim processed. They refused. When I requested a supervisor, I was told that the supervisor would say the same thing and then they hung up on me. I understand that these things happen. I was totally willing to wait on the remaining funds if they could credit the account with just enough to live on and basically got told, "too bad" .People trust banks with their means of survival and should feel comfortable that, if a situation like this arrive, there is a contingency plan in place to ensure customers aren't left with nothing. A financial institution such as Chase, are well within their means to provide a temporary credit.I have never felt so disrespected and unappreciated; not to mention flabbergasted at this institution's lackadaisical approach to resolving this matter. Once I get my money back, I am closing this account and moving to an institution that understands the significance of managing someone's money in a way that doesn't leave them with no means of survival.******Update******The bank closed my investigation stating that there where no other issues reported on that ATM so I would not be receiving any credits to my account. When I requested the details of the investigation, I was told those could no be provided and I would need to have them subpoenaed. I have already reached out to a lawyer. I am dumbfounded as to how a multi-trillion dollar company, the 5th largest bank in the world, can be so callus and disengaged when it comes to protecting their client's livelihoods. It's now the principle of things and I refuse to sit back and allow them to steal money from me. I'll update when with a resolution as soon as I have one.
