Our property has been having extreme difficulties with everything. Their administration dept is supposed to notify us when the toner is low and not only are we not notified, but no additional toner is being sent until we prompt shipment verbally. We’ve gone days without printing ability in a busy leasing office. This is unacceptable.

Juan Lopez has come out to work on our printer several times, and he's very professional, and always gives us realistic time frames for repair. He's also very friendly and is a pleasure to interact with. I hope he's available for any of our future printer repair needs!

Juan Lopez came out to our property, Shadow Brook Apartments yesterday and replaced some parts on our copier/printer. Juan is very professional, personable, and timely in his work efforts. I’ve had the pleasure of having Juan as a tech for several years, and he always takes very good care of our equipment.

This review is from Studio One Dance Center in Keller. Our original issue when we first called for service was that we received a new upgraded modem from our internet service provider, and we needed it synced with our printer. Tony Kizer is our (new) service representative. He not only made sure that we were able to print, but he also wanted to make sure that the printer was operating at its fullest capacity. We were having some issues on some of the copies that we were printing. We do from time to time have a high volume of copies, both B&W and color and we use stock paper for several projects throughout the year. He was able to identify one of two possible causes – the drum or the belt. The drum was not the main cause, it was the belt. He got the part ordered and installed it this morning. His work ethic is always very professional and follow up is consistent. I gave him a 5-star rating because he is dependable, polite, professional and thorough! Thanks Tony!

Juan Lopez, came to The Vineyard On Lancaster, on December 2, 2020 to repair my computer not being able to print to our printer and he also was able to repair our case manager computer being able to print to our printer from her office. Great Job Juan Lopez. Thankyou for all your help!
