This store is always so trashed when I come in here. Within the two years I have lived in Abilene I’ve been to this particular location a total of four times. Every single ,with no exaggeration, aisle is completely trashed and looks like it has been ransacked. Most of the merchandise is damaged or destroyed, open or stolen. Let’s not forget they only have according to the employee who was working today April 24 around noon they only have ONE shopping cart accessible to customers IN THE ENTIRE STORE . As I looked around the store to find it shopping cart to put my 18 month old in while I shop for the few items that I needed, I can see 4 to 5 shopping carts filled with merchandise merchandise which I assume because it looked like restock throughout the store. The store completely stinks like urine and body odor. There’s never more than one employee on the register. The isles that aren’t scattered with damaged merchandise are blocked by stacks and stacks of boxes thrown on the floor, needing to be stocked. I will NEVER come to This location for as long as I live in the Abilene Texas area. If I could give it a negative “star” I definitely would.

The people that work here are gold and do their best but I always feel like this is one of the most disorganized dollar trees in Abilene. If you know what you are looking for this is a good quick stop.

Lots of things for sale for good prices but some of the employees could care less about the customers, walk in front of them, stand around talking a lot while this one worker named Carolyn was working up front by herself at the register, a line full of people had to be 10 people or more and yet the other workers thought it was ok to get paid to stand around and talk and flirt while she works , I'd def look into better employees for sure dollar tree and I commend your employees who actually work, your employee Carolyn def needs a raise or a good job something , because of it we're me Ida called them out and made them come help, smh ,thank you Carolyn for your dedication and shame on you the other two for your lack of respect.
