Lance was awesome
Helped my sister out who kept experiencing low tire pressure reading. She had a nail in the outer wall of her tire unrepairable. He actually saved us we traveling so he saved us from make having a blowout or worse. In and out in 20 minutes! Thanks Lance!!!

While traveling on 1600 mile trip to visit family on May 7 2024 l discovered a nail in one of my tires. Auto Mechanic named Longoria highly recommended Discount Tire 4585 S 1st Street, Abilene, TX 79605. He said that this store always has a wide variety of tires in stock and that they have fair prices. When I arrived there were plenty of customers waiting to enter the shop for service, it had 10 minutes before opening. Once opened there were plenty of associates ready to wait on customers. When it was my turn MR Lance S waited on me. I briefed him about my travel plans and a nail my tire. He went to my car inspected all 4 of my tires and wiper blades. He returned to give me what he had found. Yes there is a nail in 1 tire, 2 badly balding tires, 1 tire is newer, and my wiper blades just about ready to be replaced. I have size 20 tires, Firestone usually have to special order. I asked for a quote to replace the 1 tire. MR Lance gave me a great price on a comparable tire. However he stressed with the distance l am going l am putting myself and family in danger because the 2 other worn tires are at risk for road hazard while driving. Then he made me aware that I could apply for Discount
Tire Credit Card to pay this unexpected expense. I was approved in 10 minutes and I also received a military discount. Because MR Lance expressed genuine concern for the safety of my family, l chose to replace the 3 tires, they look and ride great. I highly recommend Discount Tire on S 1st Street in Abilene, Texas.

Could not possibly recommend this place any more!! I was panicking bad because the car dealership I usually go to said that they could not repair my tire and it would cost $300 to replace, but the people here repaired my tire for NO CHARGE. I love you discount tire!
