Affordable printing & very helpful staff! Needed a large research poster printed for grad school- they were quick to respond & turnaround was 2 days! Will use them again :-)

They get a 1 star rating from me bc 1 star is the minimum. Took my work up there on a Friday, they say it will be a few days before they can finish them. I say i need it by the next Friday so i can sell at a market over that weekend. They say, oh we' ll have it done before that, we'll have em done on Wednesday, so Wed comes and goes, then Thur comes and goes. So on Friday i call them and they dont even know who i am, had no clue of the art work i left there all week long and could've cared less that they burned me.

Brought in things to be printed, needed a one week turnaround. Was told that wasn't a problem, but they were very hard to get ahold of. Finally got ahold of them, and they didn't even know who I was, or that I had left original documents with them. Very disappointed.

They made the cards the first time … we didn’t quite like them so they fixed them exactly exactly how we wanted our business cards . Awesome love them . We are also going to get yard signs made from them too

I sell a brochure on EBAY and needed a small printing job done that involved a 2-sided color 8.5 x 11 page. They went above and beyond - even improving the font and layout - a small job for them , but a great help to me. Thanks.

I have used 3rd Street once before for business purposes, but tried to use them this week for a very small personal job and they were extremely difficult to work with.I sent a file over (13 pages) to be printed on a Friday at 11am, didn’t get a response until Monday midday, stopped by Monday evening to get them (not ready), followed up again on Tuesday with no response, called Tuesday and she told us to come back Wednesday.I truly wouldn’t have minded the time frame if they would’ve been upfront through email and at least responded to my questions or seemed to care. If I would’ve known this small job would take so long I would have just obviously chosen somewhere else. It was a small job (26 pages total of just colored copies) and cost $42.

Abby is fantastic!! She took my almost impossible order and made it happen in almost impossible time. I know there may be less expensive options but often the money saved isn't worth the great experience and the friendly faces that become fast friends. It's totally worth keeping your money local. Especially if you are a business owner. Isn't that what you ask of your customers? 3rd street printing is my go to choice from now on!
