Since Angie left, it hasn’t been good. She was the best worker/manager they’ve ever had. I ordered a pickup order yesterday & had it scheduled to pick up today (July 23rd from 10-11). The order was received but it stayed on received. After 11, it said my order was cancelled. Y’all should probably work a little harder at your jobs.

Absolutely the worst DG I’ve stepped foot in! Trashy, poorly stocked, elevated prices(10 bucks for a red Barron pizza you can get down road at food lion for $3) and the worst part is the new staff. Especially one lady with short colored hair. Very hateful, not helpful, almost every time I come she’s hanging outside in the parking lot. I didn’t mind the prices as much for the convenience but since there are staff changes happen, their customer service has gone totally out the window they barely will talk to you most of the time you have to get them to actually come to the register and then when they do, it seems to be an inconvenience to them and they get attitude because they’re having to work. . Such a bad experience I’m doing something I seldom do and reaching out to their corporate office. I’m not sure what happened, but this store is definitely one I will never return to. I would rather ride 5 miles down the road to go to another store, where the employees or actually helpful. What a shame Mr. Turner would be so disappointed

The new employee, young with blonde hair, is very friendly, courtesy and great customer service ?. The manager, on the other hand, is VERY RUDE. And acts like it's an inconvenience for her to walk through the store to the front to ring customers up!!!

Floors were pretty dirty and shelves needed stocked. But the employees were very nice and helpful. It wasn't their fault, Dollar General needs to hire more emplyees and pay higher wages.

If you need a restroom, this store will not help you. We made purchases since the customer restroom mentioned requesting a key, and the clerk still denied us access. Store is disorganized, and products are hard to find. Many items lacked posted prices. What bathroom access were we given? Access to a portable toilet in the parking lot that was full of flies and hadn't been maintained in quite some time.

This store is the nicest DG around. The staff is so friendly and exhibit excellent customer service. I used to go to the DG a little closer to my house, but the staff and store will have me coming back to this location.

Giving it a 3 because I love the Dollar Store! Its so convenient...when you can get the employees to cash you out in a proper manner. When you see a customer(s) standing in line to check out, you should not be outside smoking. All employees were outside smoking.
