Traumatizing experience at this gas station. A family member with a disability was harassed by a woman that works at this gas station for carrying her ESA with her. I understand ESA’s are not protected under ADA, but that is NOT a justification for this woman to belittle and harass someone with a disability in her store. State your store’s policies without degrading your customers with disabilities.
