I have no issues with the people that work there, not really. They seem friendly enough. When I opened a checking account, I was told no fees. I was also given two temporary checks while waiting on the ones they ordered. I never received the checks. I was given a debit card but just a week later, they changed to new debit cards which was ok per se. The big change was the online bill pay. It didn't work as they said. I was told they were updating and it would be active after the weekend and I would not have late charges for my bills. Luckily I was not charged a late fee but most likely went on my credit as late because the bill pay was not active on the date they stated. After bill pay was active, the link goes outside of the online bank website and that's pretty bad programming. Also the bill pay service they use, will not send payments until after 7 days. I don't like that at all as banks I have used in the past, sent payments within a few days. Weird navigation since it does not state 'Bill Pay'. Now I noticed they charged me $7 service charge and I was told it was free. I've gone with a professional, honest, legitimate safe bank now and will soon be closing my account with Centennial Bank.

Absolute worst bank I have ever used!!! I hate they bought my bank out!!!! Takes forever to get deposits and god forbid your account get hacked they don’t believe you!!!! I do believe I will be changing banks soon!!!!

I've been with them for a while now and the customer service is great and the employees are amazing, but internet banking goes out at least once a month it seems. It has been out almost a week now. It's incredibly frustrating to not be able to see anything what's happening in my account. It's a reoccurring problem.

They will change your personal account information without your knowledge or consent. Then they will NEVER admit to their mistake. Also I closed my account today, two days after paying my monthly service charge and I still have to pay for another service charge because they have to generate another statement saying I closed my account even though it is still October. So beware you have to pay to close your account for a small fee of $5.16. I have closed two other accounts this past year and never was charged to close. So thank you I am done with this bank.
