This Kroger is truly a GREAT STORE!! It’s like a Walmart but a lot better… Its got Name brand clothes, hawsers 1 particular employee TIM, he soo nice and helps me EVERYTIME I go in there to work!

Ok, I have never been this person but here I am... I have been coming to this Kroger since I was like 22.. I am now 29... I come in tonight at 8:35? And automatically had every Kroger employee stare at me annoyed... I work long hours so my grocery shopping is late & they close at 11 right? Ya well they made me go to self check out.. as they turn off half the lights at 8:35... and then I hear this Employee scream " lock the doors lock the doors!" I was a bit confused and to be honest triggered and scared because they said it then looked at me? And I go " Since when do y'all close this early? And this man points at me and says the last 5-7 years miss.. so get out". Hours are until 11:00.. don't be rude and scare customers... I'll be going elsewhere now thanks!

First time at this Kroger. Exceptional Service from Layla! She was loading cases of water and I asked where the big smoothie straws were(not a big ticket item)she told me the aisle number. And said she would check on me after she completed her task. We’ll not only did she check but she actually had the item in her hand in case I didn’t find it. My husband and I were floored! And we’ll be back. I wish my local store on Gallatin would have a training session here. Very pleasantly surprised! Clean, well lighted, large signage, clean bathrooms. Thank you Layla for your service to our community!

My husband and I have been shopping in your store multiple times a week for almost three years. Chance is the best employee you have at this store! Anytime we see him he is smiling and doing a fantastic job. He is professional and friendly! Thank you!

I tried pickup at this Kroger for the first time. When I got home 40 minutes away, more than half of my order was paid for, but missing entirely! Even if I get refunded, I still have to go back out to the store again to get the missing groceries. I know mistakes happen, but this was a huge oversight!

Terrible. Subbed CHOCOLATE for bottled water ?!? Waited 45 minutes AFTER my order was supposed to be ready. Called twice and they said your order isn’t ready yet. Ok??....it’d be nice to have someone call and tell me that so I don’t waste 45 min sitting there. Didn’t get half the stuff we ordered. Went inside and it was all stocked on the shelves. No apologies. Management doesn’t care.

Avoid the click-list here. They are slow and don't care. The last few visits we have waited up to 30 min and today my wife has been sitting there for 50 min. Absolutely ridiculous! The girl finally came out pulling groceries with one hand and scrolling through her damn phone with the other.

I came to pick up my groceries and sat for 10 minutes so I called back and they said we’ll be right out 15 min later still no groceries. I could’ve gone in a picked up my own groceries and left by now. This wouldn’t be a big deal but with the covid problems we’re having and a pregnant girl I’ve at home I chose to do this way as a safety precaution. I can assure you I won’t be doing this again nor will I be coming back to this Kroger as there’s is always something wrong with this one

I had a pick up order for the first time through Kroger rather than Walmart thinking it would be quicker since it’s closer to my house. Nope!!!! First- there’s no sign or indication on where the pickup area is. So I had to go into the store to figure that out. Then, I sat in a line for 20 minutes before I could even get into a pick up spot and saw ONE car that entire time receive their order. ONE. I saw employees come one only three times to load a pickup order the ENTIRE time I was there.This is absolutely ridiculous. You’ve had a year and a model (Walmart’s pickup actually is pretty seamless) to follow and get it together. Don’t offer pickup if you aren’t able to handle it. I’ll never be getting pickup from here again.

I understand Covid complicated things. However, by now they should know they need more people. I used clicklist ( pick up service) even when I had to pay for it. It was always a great service then. Now it is not. My past 4 orders have been late. I had several Kate ones before that as well, but I did have a couple on time in between. I only get an hours notice at best that it will not be ready. I am an organized person. I schedule things for a reason. I am sure most people do. I do not leave negative reviews often, but it has gotten really bad. I do not blame the workers if there are not enough of them. I would have a suggestion for corporate....stop using last years data to staff. That is a silly thing to do since pre Covid cannot be compared to post Covid. ( especially since this time last year you charged for the service and now offer it for free).

Just left this store after being overcharged AGAIN! Waited 10 minutes at “customer service” while 1associate was with 1 couple. See picture. 3 people walked away before me. Called on the phone -got the automated response. Pressed “0” for customer service NO ANSWER???

Probably the slowest and most inefficient deli in any Kroger I’ve ever been to. No bias, no sarcasm, just the truth. Unless you’re willing to wait 20 minutes without a line to get your deli, I’d steer somewhere else.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service, they are so rude, and they don’t care if you’re unhappy. One time I waited almost 2 hours for my click list order, only for them to then tell me it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I asked to speak to the manager and he assured me they would do something to help the next day and they did nothing!! Not one penny off or coupons or anything. I haven’t gone back in a couple months because I figured they were slammed with Covid. But today I ordered groceries at 6:30am to be picked up between 4-5pm. I got a call at 3:45 saying they wouldn’t be ready until after 6:30pm. I called and cancelled the order. Plus the past times I have gotten my click list order, they gave multiple wrong items, bruised fruit, and out of date food. Don’t offer click list service if you can’t handle it! When there are multiple grocery stores to chose from at every corner, you would think they would want your business.

I am extremely dissatisfied and angry with how Kroger handled a customer opportunity today. I was just at this Kroger and they had these Keurig units on sale. Half off which is awesome! When I got to the check out they came up at full price. They did a price check and told me the sale ended on the 15th. Today is the 20th so that was 5 days ago! The manager did not honor the price and told me they could give me $5 off instead of $60 off. Good customer service would have been giving me the discount for helping them find their error, and then taking off the incorrect labels, but instead they made me extremely disappointed and angry walking out today. Seems to me the manager was trying to cover up their mismanagement and lack of oversight to save face with their own supervisor.
