Didn't have to wait and the man that did are taxes was very friendly and answered all are questions we had correctly. We were in and out didn't take long at all.

Always done in a timely manner! I never have issues filing or getting my returns. The refund advance is a major bonus and a huge help right after the holidays. It's easy to make an appointment and find a location near you!!

The staff at Jackson Hewitt are always very personable, helpful and welcoming. Mike at the Talbott, TN location is one of the reasons we come back year after year. It is a no hassle experience!

It was great! Everything was explained to me in detail where i could understand considering it was my first time doing it my self. I was very impressed on how easy it was and the communication was! Go see Ronald Mills (goes by mike). He will get you straighten out!!

I made an online appointment and when I got there I told the man helping me my issues. He instantly told me very rudely that I did not have all the information he needed. I asked for his help and how to get that document, and he kept being rude to me and wouldn't offer any other suggestions. I think because I was not a return customer, he didn't want to help with something more complicated. I asked for my paperwork and left. I wouldn't recommend this place because of him. If he told me nicely there would have been no issue.

My wife Ronda has been using JH for 10 years before we were married. These past two years, we have been working with Ronald at this location and he is hands down the best that I have worked with. Previously, my wife worked with Angel whom my wife loved working with, but she relocated to a location closer to her home, He took time to explain in detail the procedures and items that would or could effect our filing status, and gave great care and attention to every detail. I have been paying taxes for over 40 years, and have never had such a great experience. I am certain that other Jackson Hewitt preparers are as diligent as Ronald - but ask for him none the less!

I filed a regular single tax return on the 17th, I had my tax money on the 24th. And it still shows on the IRS website that it hasn’t been accepted yet! Ronald was great! He took his time and was very patient with me despite all the research I needed to do for the information on my taxes ! I will go here in 2022
