They have a habit of charging my debit card twice. The gas pumps are always messed up. The bathrooms are not clean & not all but most of the employees are rude. When I called about them charging my card twice they didn't know anything & it must have been my banks fault. I call the corporate office & reported it they fixed the problem right away. All their other stores are great but this one needs people in their that are friendly & not crooks

I have never had any bad experience here. Price is usually the best around and usually pretty clean. The wait for the cashier is almost always strangely long though.

Out of all the weigels this one isn't the worst. But most of their pumps are broken and the staff is kinda snappy. It's still hard out here in service

Every trash can is empty and the women's bathrooms were very clean! They don't have paper towel dispensers as they use hand dryers to promote cleanliness. My partner noticed an obscene amount of nut hair in the urinal but we assume it was a unique and not common encounter. The staff were friendly and there were a lot of food options to satisfy anyone's cravings.

Every garbage can here is overflowing, bees and flies everywhere from garbage sitting for days, parking lot is nasty from garbage falling out of cans blowing around, bathrooms disgusting, no TP in men or women’s restroom, pee all over floors and extremely smelly, window washer fluid near pumps was filthy and smelled terrible from sitting and not being changed. Place has really gone down. I will find another place to fill up. The Weigels in Loudon is clean, and garbage cans clear and the store is clean. So this is a management issue in Sweetwater. I see they have a complaint about unsanitary conditions and never fixed the issue. So I guess complaints fall on deaf ears. I’ll repost more pics in a couple of days to see if anything had been resolved.

Unsanitary restrooms, this company doesn’t believe in offering customers, sanitary, paper towels, and restrooms, easy to spread germs. Save your gas and go somewhere who doesn’t nickel and dime sanitary products.

It gets 4 stars because the air pump is in the most absolutely stupid place that they ever could have put it!! It's in a parking space that's hard to get to because this side parking lot is so small and often has people parked in it who are shopping so you have to wait 15 minutes on the space to clear out. Real genius idea.

If you’re a male and need to use the restroom, don’t stop here. They have no urinals open and only one working stall, good luck getting into it. They have a good variety of snacks and drinks.
