Zero stars. They have plenty of space for exhausted truckers to park and sleep — but they run you off. Safety means nothing at this Pilot. Seven trucks parked along the outer edge, like the yellow truck/tanker, but security says those trucks are ‘technically’ not on Pilot property so they’re fine. (Bring cash, wink wink, and you’ll be ‘technically’ not on the property as well)
Parking is full everywhere in the Memphis area, and this truck stop—that has space for an extra 20 or so trucks— won’t let you park. Someone is going to get hurt because you sent them away when they were too tired to drive. Edit: trailer 53124 is me, #148 next to me and four other drivers, in a neat row, were forced to leave.

Unbelievably rude staff, you are not a human if you walk in here. Security guard is extremely hostile to anyone looking for a nap. Also the security guard was smoking meth in his car before he decided to do his job. The workers are pretty much nowhere to be found at first. When you find one they just get upset at you cuz they have to do their job. This place is so run down. And the sandwich I bought is 2 weeks expired. I will be getting in contact with The better bureau business. I literally can't make this up. You can hang out in the parking lot and do drugs... And socialize with the employees. But if you're looking to get gas food or take a nap or use the truck stop for what it's for... Your S.O.L

Stopped on cross country trip for a nap at 3 in the morning we had only been there 50 minutes a guy on a golf cart picking up trash came and hit our window with something.We told him we had only been there 50 minutes and he called us a lied said he been watching us. I will not only ever stop there again but i will deactivate my professional driver card i have had for like 6 years .It’s really sad because the headquarters is in our hometown . This place is dirty anyway and the people are rude . . Won’t be back here or to any Pilot again .
i just think a travel center would want people to come rest so they don’t wreck plus we always go get drinks and food and fuel when we rest at a place . Great job Pilot

We got ran off for parking in the 2 hour parking for 50 minutes.it was 3am we were just needing a nap .like I said we had been there 50 minutes and he said you been here longer I been watching you.NO we had pulled out van in the end of the line where someone had left . It seems Pilot doesn't care about box trucks and delivery vans only big trucks ....thanks Pilot we won't be spending any more money on Diesel or anything else with any of your stores .You would think safety would be a priority but not for pilot

Sometimes they honor misleading/mislabeled/mispriced products, sometimes they don't. Something that's 2 for $6 and buy 2 get 1 free, should be $6 for the three same items, but it wasn't. Deceptive pricing to not honor that, with as much labeling on the products..

I literally cannot make this up. As I was trying to turn left into the car lot, a semi cut out of the parking lot into the street on a left turn without the right of way, so I couldn't turn into the car parking lot. At that exact time a staff member was in the middle of the road telling me I needed to go into the car entrance, and I apparently needed to explain that I was cut off, and that the semi right in front of them prevented me from entering, so I decided to use the semi entrance. Stupid.
Now every time I even think about entering this gas station I'm going to think about how condescending that employee was, how they don't know how right of way works, and how much easier it is just not to pull off at this gas station. The level of awareness of this employee was incredible, absolutely astonishing.

Do not come here! Especially over night! Security will come to wake you up for whatever reason is! Restrooms are dirty, showers dirty! Old and barely functional gas station!

I'm a young lady and I went in to take shower at this point and a man that was cleaning the shower walk inyo shower without knocked ng and I was undress he did apologize but I through they suppose to knock when I went to manger he stated system was acting up but it's crazy how it only happened to me and there wasn't a knock to make sure cause I was in shower for a min and hard him knock on other doors and I was standing right by the door and I didn't hear a knock

This pilot location is small and is congested. There is no room for trucks or tow trucks to maneuver. The worst pilot travel plaza in general. Keeps driving, It's definitely not worth the exit.

Counter closed in The middle of day, only self check, if you need cigarettes you need to hunt workers cross the store

Small pilot, only about 8 pumps. Not much available parking for cars. Parking lot can get jammed pretty quick.
