First let me say that I was feeling rough and was sick at this visit. Jan 07/ 15:15. I found everything okay but when I come up to check out there was no one at the register. But I could hear them talking in the office about another employee. Either way I waited for about 3 to 4 minutes and I said "hello" loud enough for them to hear me. Someone said hello back. So I said instead of answering me why don't you come and help me. I was ignored!! I was about to walk out of the store but someone finally came out of the office. Is this story lucky for its location only. The manager needs to go to school for customer service.

It's so unorganized they never have there freezer or food shelves stocked the aisle r crowded with boxes to be put away the employees r rude

This store is never open then changed the store hours and they are still closed two to three days out of the week is this store getting ready to shutdown

This Dollar General is very messy, very unorganized and you never know when the store is opened. It’s the worst Dollar General I’ve been in!!

This store is a joke.... the people in there now areThe most rude people you will ever meet...if you are unhappy with your job then quit.. the shelves are never stocked and they close at 6 or 8 every other day ... I have been to dollar general all over from covington to somerville to Memphis and this store is hands down the worst I have ever been to.... I live in mason and still drive to other stores I refuse to go back to that store it's a joke....

Friendly, helpful staff. Had toilet paper on the shelf!! Employees not wearing face masks and social distancing rules aren't being followed by most the customers.

VERY rude Assistant Mgr. all over a returned item. Really hope the DM handled it like she said she was going to bc there is NOOOOOO reason anyone should be treated the way I was over a simple return with a receipt!!! Worst part is the store was pretty full while she was talking to me crazy!!!
