had a prescription called in and 2 days later, they are still working on it. this location needs to be restaffed, retrained, something. they are nice people but are extremely slow.

The employees outside of the pharmacy are so unhappy and rude. They do not try to help. I have several experiences with unhelpfulness to the point of leaving and shopping somewhere else.

The pharmacy is ill ran. It stems from a disconnect between the register inside at the pharmacy and the register for the drive up window. When they have two windows open you can plainly hear them discussing kid lunches at the school, and why Tina cut bangs...it is a joke. Then they will completely stop waiting on the drive up and wait on the inside reg. have two people for goodness sake. I have waited in drive up 4 cars 45-50 minutes. There is one girl who is extremely efficient and will wait on 5 people for everyone else's, one. Her name is Tabitha. Also, the act of asking for the address when they have your license is a joke. If it is for security look on the computer. Anything that slows it down such as "we need insurance approval" text them while they wait in the parking lot...parked, not in line.

Very Rude and was supposed to have a medication ready they had 6 gave to sonrone rkse after told me was getting it ready.

I just experienced employees with horrible attitudes. I brought some items back with receipt to return. I was given so much grief about the return. Nobody knew how to return my items correctly so they tried to send me to another Walgreens with 30 miles round trip. Just plain ridiculous! I am done with Walgreens.

Well there wasn't waiting going in the store but however it takes him like it took forever to get the person that was running the front register they were not up front where they're supposed to be they were probably off helping in another department which is understandable but they need to be where they can keep it on the front of the store where they can see when there's a customer at the register anyways that's the only complaint I had about that place but everybody was kind and everything is just there was a little bit of confusion as far as that went
