Have a considerable amount of money “STUCK” in this Credit Union. I went to take out a lump sum and made an appointment a week in advance. Showed up 15 minutes early. manager knew why I was there, for I had told her what I was needing. But if you want to take money out you better not come here. Now I am trying to close out my account and I can’t even get the money transferred to my main bank. They are a terrible example for every credit union. I will no longer even consider a credit union due to their ignorance and incompetence. Heard through the grape vine they may not be able to cover what I’m trying to transfer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!

I came here very nervous because of bad experiences in the past with financial institutions but I was met with generosity and a very thorough explanation on how everything worked from a wonderful woman named Vikki! Very happy and excited to become a member! I will be recommending to everyone I can!

The Robertson county credit union is hands down the best bank around they can point you in the correct direction with several different things financially and get u pretty good interest rates I’ve bank through them since I was 16 or 17 and I’m still impressed with there ability to satisfy there customers

Great place, great People. Always helpful, courteous patient,, and the entire staff is genuine. It also makes me feel much better trusting in local people as opposed to a large bank. I will be doing my banking with the credit union For Robertson County for the rest of my life.

I stopped by today to open a savings/checking account. Ms. Vikki was very helpful and professional. We even shared stories and had a few laughs. Best bank around. 10 stars wonderful people and very welcoming. Thank you Ms. Vikki! ?
