Reason for rating: Charged for 3 months a month after cancelling membership. Communicated with person who was currently handling memberships and accounts. Stopped communicating with me a few hours after I informed them of the charge and answered questions.

Got a membership a week and 2 days ago and still haven’t received a key there’s always something new wrong and management is almost impossible to get in touch with and they can never seem to get me one so I’m giving one star until I can actually use the gym I paid for…..

Great gym, always open for members, and pretty much any equipment you need.The only downside is that it can be hard to find a good time to come in without it being overcrowded. But usually 12-2pm and after 10pm are my times.

I love my gym - it is so convenient and affordable and they have everything I need - it is clean and I'm so thankful for the 24 hours bcs I'm a night owl and like to work out at night

A lack of communication is the only issue I’ve encountered, but this is largely due to the fact that the owner stays busy working 2 jobs on top of being the owner of the gym. I previously rated the gym 1 star, but Scott made things right. This doesn’t take away from the fact that communication is lacking, but it is improving, and practically everything else about the gym is good.
