This store is under new management with new staff and they are all AMAZING. Very friendly and very knowledgeable for both T-Mobile and Sprint customers. Everyone genuinely cares about the customers and will work to give you the best MAGENTA experience possible.

TERRIBLE experience. We got two lines with T- mobile today.When we were talking to the guy (employee) he told us we could get 2 phone for X price. We went over the numbers around 5 times!!!!!!!!We told him we were going to be back later the same day. We came back and they had us 2 hours and 45 minutes waiting.. Once we got their attention, they told us we had to pay more than $200 extra to the price we were told earlier.

Signed up on Monday last. Got two phones (2 lines) that we told were free. Just got billed through Amex and one of the phones is not free! Tried to call the store (all day) and get a fast busy. Called customer support and was told that there are two promotions: 1) buy one, get one free and 2) get the S20 SE free for each line. The first girl said she couldn't do the changes and would forward us over to someone that could. After a long wait apparently I got someone in CS that had no idea why I was calling. After explaining the whole thing again, she said she would get the right person on the line. Another long wait and I'm back at CS and the dude had no idea why I was calling.We need to get this resolved ASAP.

Went in there about 2 weeks ago to get a new phone and the Representative Josh was very rude. I told him that I just wanted a phone and he sold me a phone and tablet. I told him I did not need the tablet and he gave it to me anyways. He did not tell me that there will be a $10 line charge for the tablet. When I tried to take it back he still had a attitude. The the representative Austin was very friendly and nice. I will say if you see Josh working in the store do not give him any of your business. If the store manager does see this please get in contact with me show that we can get this issue resolved

The staff at this store has been AMAZING. They definitely keep the store well cleaned and put together. They answered all my questions and helped me with everything. I definitely recommend this location.

the t.mobile rep, victoria, at the local store in spring hill, tn mislead me into thinking i was able to switch to t.mobile to get the "switch2t-mobile" package. she sold me 3 sim cards for $92.93. then told me to go onto switch2t-mobile.com to file a claim for the virtual cards then id be able to port over my 3 numbers from at&t. 4 days and several calls to customer service later, i find out this is not possible ... now the spring hill store will not issue me a refund and will not give me the contact info for theor district manager . beware. this store in spring hill, tn took me for a ride. lost 92.93 out of my pocket, stuck with 3 worthless sim cards

Victoria was AMAZING! She was able to help us with setting up our phones with excellent customer care. She was informative and timely. She handled other customers needs while helping us. As a former business owner I was impressed with her ability to support the company she represents while seeking to care for our family’s needs. Job Well done!! You have happy new customers.

Repeatedly cold calling a business that you've been told that no one working here is interested. And asking managment to pull employees from their work so you can sell them phone plans is not the way you do business. Can I come to your location repeatedly and bother your employees to sell them something they obviously dont want? I highly doubt it. Your sales people are definitely giving you a bad name. And I suggest you leave them in the store and not have them bother people who are trying to make a living. Trust me everyone is aware of t mobile and if they want your service they will come to you.

This location is a joke. The employees know nothing about cell phones and if you have an issue with your device they literally sigh and start googling how to fix it. Employees admit they know nothing, that's a bonus if you don't want your time wasted. Dear Tmobile, if you're not willing to hire knowledgeable and FRIENDLY people, you're going to lose customers. I sincerely hope these reviews are seen by the appropriate people and this major issue in the Spring Hill, TN location is resolved. Absolutely horrendous customer care.
