Most helpful and efficient T-Mobile store I’ve been to by far. The manager, Josalice went above and beyond to quickly help me replace my shattered iPhone. 10/10 customer service I will be returning!

I'm currently in this store, and I must say that this is the worst experience I've ever had. My wife asked for assistance from the retail manager, Javier, and his response was outright rude and condescending. Rather than helping us, he treated us as if we were an annoyance. His tone was patronizing, and he made us feel completely insignificant. As I type this review from inside the store, I'm still shocked by his unprofessionalism. We will not only be leaving without getting what we needs, but we will also make sure to tell everyone we know about this horrific experience. Avoid this place at all costs; customer service here is a total disaster.

As I stand in this store with my husband, I feel compelled to share the terrible experience we've just had. We approached the retail manager, Javier, for assistance, only to be met with a condescending and dismissive attitude. His lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help has left me feeling belittled and disrespected. It's clear that customer care is not a priority here, and I'm both shocked and disappointed by the way we've been treated. I strongly urge others to think twice before shopping at this establishment. We'll certainly continue to share this with others

T-Mobile is a great cell phone carrier with competitive prices, fast data speeds, and a large 5G network. However, their coverage in rural areas is not as good as the competition. Overall, T-Mobile is a good choice for people who live in metropolitan areas and want a reliable and affordable cell phone plan.

Wow!! I have been with sprint for 25 years and finally merged my plan to T-Mobile. I had so many problems getting that done that I finally had to go into the store.Thankfully the staff at 3URS was easy to work with and super helpful. They were also able to manage my stress and bad attitude (phone frustration) because I had already spent hours trying to solve it on my own.They helped me call sprint so I could fully merge to T-Mobile. They were helping other customers while I was there with humor, team work and patience. They are awesome and I’m thankful they were ready to work and now I’m all set and problem solved.Really great staff at this location!!!

Under new management, and WOW! I've never had such a seamless, simple, pleasant experience at a cell phone store. I went in for an upgrade, and even though the phone I wanted wasn't in-stock, everything was ordered, explained, and done in less than 25 minutes. Einar is a great manager, and I was so impressed by this location. There are other T-Mobile locations closer to our home, but I will drive the extra time to come back to this one. Can't wait to get my new phone in the mail.

Einar and his team have helped me three different times now in the past 6 months with purchases and questions, and each time has been a pleasure! It’s so nice to go into a cell store and get fast, competent help! I’m so happy to have him and this location so close to where I live!!

After spending over 15 unsuccessful hours on the phone with T-Mobile’s technical support trying to activate our two phones from a conversion of Verizon to T-Mobile, we decided to go into a T-Mobile store to hopefully resolve our issues. WOW! Did we pick a GREAT store to go into!!! Xavier and Einar resolved ALL of our issues QUICKLY and in an extremely professional manner. My husband and I are both in our 70’s and are not technical at all when it comes to our phones. They remained so patient and kind with us, and NEVER made us feel like we were taking up too much of their time. If only the sales rep from T-Mobile had recommended going into this store to begin with, instead of trying to convert everything over the phone, it would had saved us over 15 hours of frustration! Our two phones and iPad are now working flawlessly because of the these two knowledgeable Associate Managers, Xavier and Einar! We will be returning to this store to buy future products and services for sure!I might add that this review is a totally unsolicited and honest review from Linda and Jerry West, residents of Spring Hill, TN.

This by far is the worst T-Mobile I have ever been to I've been with T-Mobile for over 10 years different States and I will never ever come back again I've came 3 times. Every time I've been miserable today I've been miserable tonight when I came they have a sign on the door state door stayed in it closed at 6 o'clock.. This is the worst T-Mobile I have ever been to I do not recommend it to them to anyone They should know how bad they are

If it weren’t for Tmobiles great customer service (over the phone) I would be a verizon customer after my experience in this store! If you can accomplish what you need over the phone or at a different location I would highly recommend that.

Let me start off by saying Kendra and Keonte are the BEST EVER!! They helped us get a situation sorted out that another T-Mobile store messed up. The other store couldn’t figure it out in 4 days and they got it taken care of in 10 minutes. They were polite and attentive and honestly amazing. They are the only reason I’m giving 4 stars. However as far as T Mobile service goes, one star. Me and my husband have had nothing but issues with the service. First off, a previous T-Mobile store messed up the porting process of my phone number and now it’s just lost. I’ve had that number for years so having to switch it to a new number is a pain. Secondly, our text messages take forever to send even when it says we have 3 or 4 bars. We have the best plan but the service is awful. Third, for the past few days we haven’t been able to make phone calls. When my husband tries to make a phone call it says “Emergency Calls only” and when I try to make calls it says “Call Failed”. The messages also send all out of order. We really wanted to keep T-Mobile but it’s just been a mess. Still shouting out those two employees tho because it’s not their fault the service is bad, they did everything they could.

Not a great experience for my mother or myself. I do not write reviews but this one is needed. Coming into the store we were greeted by Chase, the assistant manager. Chase did greet us coming in the store asked myself and mother what we we are in for. We stated we were looking for a phone for my daughter, nothing expensive just something functional for a teenager that is price efficient. No issues there, which is why they get the 1 star. The issues started early when my mother tried asking questions in regards to her account along with how the fees added up on the phone. Chase was very condescending, as he unprofessionally spoke to store manager with customers in front of Manager, isn't this correct. We can certainly try to have respect towards customers that is not sure exactly what you are saying when you talking 100 miles an hour also. Other issue is that we asked Chase if the phone would work after purchase, he stated yes, to find out phone doesn't work when we get home. The phone needed a sim card that was not provided with the phone that was suppose to come with it. Once we drove all the way back to the store, Chase apologized and mentioned that "His system did not tell him, that it required a sim card" Really??? No personal attacks on you personally on this one, I believe you guys need some better training if that were the truth. Then Chase tried to sell more items after not acknowledging the frustration we had to drive back to the store along with stating we already had the charging port needed. I directed my mother to come specifically to that the due to a conversation I had with the store manager Collin, when I was out recruiting for my company. Collin is the store and sir, the store is ran unprofessionally and also I have not stated all that was needed in this review. Please work on your team, people skills, and respect will get you along way. If you disregard the truth of this then you figure it out later.
