Absolute WORST State Farm agent I have ever dealt with. Actually never spoke to him! They do not get back with you, do not fix problems unless you call multiple times. I sold an investment home and needed about 30 days more coverage until closing. I sent in the partial payment. Started receiving messages that my policy would expire in September, home closed late August. No problem, right? I called and told them my home had closed. Then I get notice they have to have proof. Then I get turned over to collection for payment. Called in and said you owe me! Promised it would be fixed. Over next 6 mo more collection notices and more calls to them. Right now I can’t tell if my earthquake insurance was paid. Did it online. Call into them 2 wks ago. Ruthie said she’d call me right back- and so it goes. Do yourself a big favor and use another agent.

Wow, received a quote in the mail that was almost $400 less than what I pay for now. Called in and for about $200,000 LESS coverage the rate would be almost $500 MORE than what I'm paying now. The agent was EXTREMELY rude and tried very hard to coerce me to buy a policy with them using end of days scenarios. If I didn't know any better I would think that a cosmic meteor was going to hit my home the day before yesterday and I would need to buy meteor insurance pronto. Reading the 1 star reviews all make sense now. I will NEVER spend one cent with these folks and they really need to take a 101 class on how to sell.

Absolute worst insurance company ever
Cancelled my insurance with them in April 2024 cause kept jacking my payments up every month decided to get a quote for home owners insurance through a different Allstate agency and talking to the lady she says that Allstate Robert Graham's agency in Spring Hill TN has a outstanding bill of 243.00 witch i was paid in full when i cancelled Lady tells me they are going to send me to collections for this and need to pay it before the can offer me home insurance I this Allstate corporation needs to investigate this office they are just ripping people off

Worst insurance agent I have ever dealt with. My mother had a policy with them for six months and sent a letter to inform the agent that she had found a different insurance and wouldn't be continuing her service with Allstate. They have used information on a check to renew jer policy not once but twice, even after proof of her new insurance was sent to them. They have terrible customer service and treat their customers rudely. Never use this agent.

You are not in good hands with Robert Graham. Robert Graham does not seem to care about keeping his clients.I have been having difficulty with a claim, Allstate representatives say it is the fault of Robert Graham's office. Maybe they are blame shifting. Shifting blame and responsibility seems to be the standard for Allstate and Robert Graham and his employees.I've also tried to review my coverage with them a few times and spoken with someone named Charlie, he always says he will call me back, and he never has.

Canceled all policies with allstate and robert Graham. Getting the run around from allstate and they say they are going to remove my money from my bank. More to come.....refuse to send me confirmation of cancelation or non-renewal. Tells me they were just going to remove my money from my account.

I understand there are a lot of positive reviews, unfortunately this is not one of them. Had an issue where a payment did not go through, we called Robert's office, were told the matter would be taken care of then preceded to get cancelation notices. After 4 phone calls to their office, Robert finally got on, Wanted us to provide documentation we tried to pay. The payment did not go through, there was no documentation. Kept trying to put the blame on us. Kicker however is when my wife was talking. Robert simply talked over her, would not let her speak. When I asked him to stop and let her finish, he brushed me off, escalated his speech attempting to drown us out and simply disrespected us, especially my wife. It was at that time we knew we could not trust Robert and his staff and took our business elsewhere. Unfortunately, this was not the first interaction like this with Robert, just the last.

Very unprofessional when one calls one a Bit** and then lies about it even though an employee heard Robert Graham call me that is worthless. Not only did he lied about telling us to fix our porch and not to file a claim which was wrong we had to fix it with our own money. They would never call us back. Then when we filed a claim after waiting 6 months for them to call the damage was already done to the structure and then the adjuster lied on the denial claim. Stay away from a company that lies to you. Look on Twitter for the reviews of them doing customers wrong that will tell you the truth. I'm not the only one with problems with this company. You're in good hands with Allstate is bull crap.

Robert Graham of AllState Insurance is remarkable! I was a very reluctant customer transfer from another agency. He was very helpful, patient, and faithful in providing me needed information to sway me to his service. I saved hundreds of dollars from having multiple cars and a home on my yearly premiums. The service that I receive is top notch!I have recommended this service to many of my friends since. Please consider to change to it for yourself. It will provide you with extra money in your pocket, care when things go wrong, and peace that when something does happen that you will have someone to help you through it.
