I live in Bristol and drive down to Johnson city to get mine and my kids haircut by Mercy. She is fantastic does and amazing job and is very knowledgeable, incredibly kind and very friendly! We just love her! I definitely recommend her!!

I took my boys to Mercy for the first time a year ago. With our busy lifestyle with kids we don’t always make to see Mercy. It shows too. My oldest son only likes her to cut his hair better than anyone. Mercy always does a superb job!!!

Oh my worse haircut experience I have never had in my life. I been there before and hairdresser I had I think Amanda was great. This chick today can't remember her name but, she doesn't know what the heck she is doing maded a complete mess and ruin my haircut looks aweful. Came home made me sick. So disappointed.
