Customer Service communication was terrible. Their hours on Google are wrong. Payment process is inconvenient to the customer.

Ordered 3 things 44 days ago, 2 items I received within 2 weeks, but I still have not received the 3rd item. Every time I call I get the same answer, "unfortunately we don't know when it will be in", doesn't make any sense at all. How do you not know when your order will be in!?

I have never had such horrible customer service in my life. I ordered a couch well over a month ago. I waited 2 weeks and never heard a thing so I called and they said it would take another two weeks for it to get to their store. Another 2 weeks goes by and I’ve heard nothing so after another week of not hearing anything I called and was told it came in two weeks ago but was torn! No one ever contacted me to tell me anything and now they’re saying another one won’t be here until September!! I canceled my order and asked for a refund. Worst, worst customer service ever!

We have purchased several items from this company. This store has really patient employees. Very professional. The products we purchased have been wonderful and great quality. I recommend this company over any rental company out there!

Was not happy with this company. We went in for two bed sets was told they were sets. When they came to deliver was told only one was set but they could get other dressers to make a set. Took 3 months to get them. Then was told I would have to pay extra. My mattress was told would be new was not was lumpy and had dips in the mattress. Asked 4 times about getting a new one finally told them to come get both sets. Was told if you told me we could of fixed the mattress.
