Just purchased my refrigerator, washer and dryer set, and had all my shades custom cut. Having a person you can speak to and bounce ideas off of is crucial if you're anxious about online shopping like I am.

I started my journey back in February 21, 2024. I Was happy with the labor man who can out to install my fence at first. But then it went downhill from there rapidly. Over and over again I kept getting a call stating the job was completed but it wasn’t. They keep reporting incorrect information. It has been four months since the initial install and it is still incomplete. I was given a deadline to have my fence stained to ensure the warranty. But I don’t even have all my board intake to complete the job and allow my fence to uniformed once done. My thoughts are they should have never installed broken or even half broken board and should have inspected their own work before leaving my house. I’m very disappointed now and the look of my finished product has been permanently altered. Super long process

Very bad attention, the assistants make Hispanics look down on me. I don't like discrimination.

It’s that time of year to buy Palms to put around my pool. Who’s my first thought, go to? LOWES

Our Lowe's here in Smyrna is just as great a location as any... I've always found the staff to be helpful and nice enough. At times, it can prove difficult flagging an employee down for assistance... but IMO, that's more or less the status quo of retailers with supermarket sized retail locations.
My one point of contention is that I wish they had more SmartHome accessories (specifically for Apple HomeKit).

I was having a not so good day, but that changed after dealing with George, in the Paint Section, and by Sheila, when she helped me check out. Thank you very much to both of them for their friendliness, great attitude and helpfulness.

this place sucks!!!! I came not too long ago looking for a few items for my garage and very rudely, there was an employee who disregarded my question when I asked for help. Then a manager named Scott, was no help as well. Not to mention he was giving me attitude and being rude when I asked him for directions to outdoor hoses. NEVER shopping here again. DO NOT waste your time or money here…

I thought Lowe's store are better than Home Depot, but to my dismay when asking for help and the lady turned her back on me and asked for another employee to help me out. Avoid these older workers that are older than your age or my age.
