Our house rental company recommended Smoky Mountain Grocery and I can't recommend enough. We had an evening flight planned and knew the last thing we would want to do is grocery shop when we got to town with a family of 8. Tim answered the phone and was so extremely helpful. Our flight was delayed twice so we didn't end up at the house until after midnight. It was such a relief to arrive and everything I had ordered was delivered, put away and available for us to dig in after a long day of travel. He knew the exact house we were staying at when I mentioned the name and his services were exactly what we needed. We rent houses all over the country and this is our first time using a grocery delivery company with pre-arrival and, well the bar is set very very high because of Smoky Mountain Grocery. Thank you so much Tim!! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

Lots of choices here is what I can say. So many different BBQ sauces, hot sauces, pickled products, etc. the fudge is awesome and little store connected to it is good place to get some shirts, goodies, candles, odds and ends from Tennessee with a friendly group running the store.

I work at a cabin rental company and we refer folks to Tim and his crew at Smoky Mountain Grocery all the time. They are a trusted vendor and take very good care of our guests. I highly recommend.

Love thus service and will use it again next time we visit the smokey mountains. You. Ant beat walking into your cabin and having your groceries not only delivered but put away. After a long day of riding I was able to crack open a nice cold beer from the fridge, just like being at home.

Excellent service! We had a few last minute emergency needs come up while at our cabin, and with smoky mountain grocery those items were delivered when we needed them. They were available by phone with questions we had, and were so efficient throughout the entire delivery process. 100% recommend!

Our family used this wonderfully convenient service on our last vacation. We will never grocery shop on vacation again. We were thrilled with the entire process. It's delightful to walk into the cabin and have groceries waiting and food in the fridge and freezer. Best service and very convenient.
