If I could leave this place less than 1 star I would. I normally don’t leave reviews but I felt like I needed to in order to warn others in hopes they never have to go through this same thing. If you love and care about your pets I beg that you don’t take them here. I made the mistake of switching vets out of convenience but it costed my fiancé and I the health of one of our cats. We had made an appointment for our 3 cats to get their ears checked. Other than yeast in their ears they were perfectly healthy. The vet takes them all back to administer the ear medication and when they return 2 out of the 3 of them had Horners syndrome. For those who have never heard of Horners Syndrome it affects the eyes and face muscles. Our 2 cats had their third eyelid covering half of their eye for a week. The vet was very dismissive and didn’t take our concerns seriously. Thank goodness one of them quickly recovered. However, that wasn’t the case for our elderly cat. Ever since that vet visit she became ataxic and has struggled to maintain her balance. Her health has started to slowly spiral downward, just 4 days after that visit she had to be taken to the animal hospital in Knoxville where a CT scan revealed that her ear suffered a great trauma and ear drum had ruptured. We are still trying to help her in every way possible to get her back to full health. If I could go back in time and change the decision to switch vets I would in a heartbeat. I just hope that someone reads this if they are considering taking their animals here.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this clinic! The staff is not only professional but also incredibly compassionate. My pets are like family, and the team here treats them just the same. They always go the extra mile to make sure my fur babies are comfortable, and their gentle approach means the world to me, especially with sensitive animals. From the moment we walk in, it’s clear that they genuinely care. I trust them completely with my pets’ health and well-being. Five stars all the way!

Had to find a vet after we moved here. On our first visit ALL of the staff were AMAZING!!! They listened when I explained what was going on with our dog, then did a full exam. Dr. Amy and all of her staff were super while working with our dog, explained all of our options and helped us determine a course of action.... Love this place and will only use them from now on!!!

A good, clean, professional and caring animal hospital with friendly customer service and experienced Docs. Prices are a bit high and I don’t care for the “extra” vaccines that are recommended, such as the “dog flu” vaccine. Which of course, is an initial shot with an initial charge and then a “follow up booster shot” with a follow up charge.
All in all, this Vet cares about your animals and the front side receptionists are very helpful and friendly.

This was the best veterinarian staff and doctor we have ever had. We are not local but needed emergency care for our Scottish Fold “Scotty” and Dr. B was amazing. Explained everything and did their absolute best to get him stabilized and over to UT. The entire office was fantastic that we will likely use them as our primary care for our Shitzu since we visit the area a lot.

My dog is normally very scared but the staff were so calm and patient with him. They got us in at a time of need. They were amazing with him. Would highly recommend them!

By the reviews, it seems like they are probably good people, but do not take short term emergencies. So unless you are psychic and can schedule a visit before your pet gets injured, they can’t help you.

On vacation in Tennessee, our 8 year old yellow lab Sophie had a male dog jump on her back to try to do you know what... Unfortunately we think he sprained something she was pretty lame. Dr. Amy gave her antiinflammatory medicine for a couple of days... What a difference! After a day we were able to take her for a couple mile walk, after two days we were able to do 4! Thank you guys!
