Went into the store today and was treated very rudely. The store employee never once offered assistance, instead she followed me around the whole time. Yes I had a t-shirt and jeans on but I could have afforded what I was looking for. I don't see going back to this particular store.

Guarantee you a store employee, put up without permission from corporate.

I was in the outlet store in seiverville-tanger outlet, TN on sunday to get a mothers day gift for my self. I looked around was finally greeted with a hello welcome to MK. I found the bag I wanted just not my color. I asked a person that worked there if they might happen to have this particular bag but in a different color. he quickly said no and walked off. I would have thought he might have asked if he could order and have it sent to me or something but no nothing like that happened. So my husband and I quickly left after that and went to another store. I am very dissatisfied with this trip to the store. Any other time I would have been asked can we order it for you and have it shipped. Nope nothing. Most of the staff that day was too busy talking about personal things and standing around then helping customers. If I could give no stars for this to post I would. So not cool

They have some great deals here but the staff is a little rude. Every other store we went into we were immediately greeted and helped. The last standing at the front of the store just stared at me. My husband had to ask if there were any deals and when he asked about a certain deal, the only answer we could get was "no. I don't think so." ... so we helped ourselves. When we got to checkout that last was very sweet and told me about a $10 add on with the Fannie pack I bought. So that was nice. But if you're having a bad day, be careful about going in here. I hoping it was just a one off situation because 4 years ago when we came in here, we didn't even have to carry our own stuff! (Obviously I don't think that's the normalcy, but just for comparison)
