I have found my branch members very helpful on any matters, ranging from loans to basic savings and questions to do with statements.
They also helped with getting foreign currency for overseas trips. Currently, my branch is under re- construction due to a fire. However, their drive-through windows are operating.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this bank. I especially love working with Wanda. She is so kind and professional and just an overall wonderful person! The building is beautiful and they have a very fast drive through service as well. The drive through teller is always friendly and professional as well.

I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service my husband called the Custer service line and simply told us there's a hold on the account gave us a number he called that number just for them to tell us to call the branch out account was opened at so I called since my husband is fuming with you guys. unlike your bank my bank only asks for the last four and the rep I spoke to was snoddy about telling me she needed my whole SSI number I'm sorry if you can not speak to a customer and give them the correct information or even speak to a customer like the are not inconveniencing you then you guys need to fix that problem because it can and will cause your clients to lose trust in you

What has happened to the banking industry?Is this not a professional business anymore?This is not the first time this situation has happened to me, but today is the day I've finally had enough.Let me paint you a picture.Upon entering the building I was greeted by no one. All three tellers at the line. Two of them currently working on something, the third just upset that her password isn't working. Finally, after about five minutes, one of the tellers acknowledged me. The one who seemed to be the head teller asked Donna if she could help me. Donna initially did not respond as she was now wrapped up in something on her cell phone (are cell phones allowed on the teller line where customers personal information could be easily photographed?). Donna also wasn't wearing shoes which grossed me out. Eventually Mickensy was asked to help me. Again, no greeting as I walked to the counter. Mickensy didn't care to ask how she could help me, it seemed I was expected to tell her. I was making a cash deposit. She didn't count the cash or ask how much I had before putting it into the machine that I know for certain had malfunctioned just days before when I originally tried to make this deposit. Even after inserting the money into the machine, she never confirmed with me how much cash I had given her. Do bank tellers not know how to count money anymore? Is customer service not a requirement of this service job anymore? Dear Mickensy, a little personality goes a long way. And to Donna, please wear shoes in public and to work.If you want to bank at this bank or this branch, I recommend figuring out how to make Chad your personal banker. He sits at the second desk on the left and embodys customer service every single time he's there. He greets everyone, busy or not, and goes through all the proper cash handling steps for deposits. He's also very friendly, and pleasant to interact with. Five stars for Chad.

Long waits in the drive thru...there may be only 2 cars ( one in each stall)and yet it can be 10 to 15 min wait.They never answer the phone.Tried calling many times...it just goes to automated machine.However if you call Pigeon Forge they always answer.A huge bank with only 2 cashiers running the inside and drive thru all the time is ridiculous.They are losing their touch.Not very well run.I wish they would bring back customer service in the drive thru where you are greeted with a real person..not looking at a dark window waiting on someone to come on camera

It's ok, think they are losing their touch with the customers on a corporate level and it trickles down through the ranks. Doesn't seem like the friendly bank it used to be.

I have been with the bank for 8 years now. Yes, the bank changed hands/names several times ,form Smoky Mountain Bank to First Tennessee and now to First Horizon.

Rating 2 stars due to a employee who turned out to be not so nice. We were on our way out of town & I had a holiday bonus check I was going to deposit. We went to the drive thru, the lady was nice..at first. She had black hair and glasses. We were there between 9:30-10:30 on 12/12/19. I didn’t realize my check wasn’t dated until the 13th and that’s when she got so rude! She literally yelled at us about it. It was an honest mistake on our part and there is no reason to be so hateful. We were in a hurry and apologized. She had already when off the screen and acted like we were crooks or something. If I ever have to go back to this location (which is closest to where I live) I would gladly wait longer for someone else to help me or drive to another location. No need to have all of the attitude and be so hateful like she was!
