“Mattie was the absolute best! I was traveling from Florida was stranded waiting for a tow for 4 HOURS! By the time I arrived it was minutes before 530, but my insurance company stated that it would open til 930pm. Let me tell you this girl seen the panic and desperation and she worked me. “We have been going to this location for years. The staff is ALWAYS SO polite, professional and Jiminy Crickets, they're FAST! I stopped by & ordered my tires the other day & made an appt to put them on a couple days later (due to my schedule, not theirs). My appt was at 10:30 and it's 11:30 now and I'm already back home. I know there are many tire locations (and more going up all the time), but these guys will always have our business!”
“This tire shop is very friendly! I called ahead to make sure they were going to be there. I told him I would get there at his closing time. They said to bring it and they would wait and fix it. They had it off and fixed in less than 15 mins!!! Those guys were working one tire after another even past closing that was posted. You can't beat the price either! Definitely go there if you need a tire fixed”
“Over last year, I've had some significant repairs done on my truck. They worked me into their schedule quickly as I use my truck to work out of. Everyone is respectful of me. Just plain nice. “If you have a Class C RV, this is the place for alignments. They did exactly what I asked of them. They set my caster on my e350 to positive 5.6 which makes a huge improvement on the steering at highway speeds. Jimmy front desk guy and the Alignment guy were great.”

“THESE GUYS ROCK,This morning, as we (Cleveland High School Robotics Club) traveled from our Hotel to MTSU for a robotics competition witnessed the team’s trailer as it lifted off of the hitch ball and fell to the road.(Thank You Jesus for watching over us and protecting us, it could have been a disaster but the safety chains did their job and kept the trailer from getting loose)(Thank You Jesus, because it could have happened on the highway)AND THANK YOU JESUS cause it happened in front of the Co-Op Tire Store.As I assessed the situation, these guys had already snapped into action with their Forklift, coming to our rescue.They had the part we needed to fix the hitch and in less than 20 minutes we were on our way again.Because of the heat of the moment and us having to get the students to the competition I did not get their names but they know who they are and I just wanted to give them all a HUGE SHOUT-OUT and a BIG THANK YOUKeep up the good work.”

“Service is the best I've seen when it comes to installing tires. Air inflation, and great expertise in the proper balancing of the tires made a big difference in performance of the truck. “Had a blowout on the interstate nearby. They had size tires I needed in stock (275/40R20) - not a standard size. They have a policy that if you are there before 6 pm and do not have an appointment, they will work you in. It took hours, but they got it done. They were very busy. Salesman Shawn was helpful and friendly, as were other employees. I do wish they had put my spare tire away in the trunk where it belonged. I guess they wanted to leave and go home.”
