I've shopped here for 10 years. I believe it's new ownership. I went in and asked specifically for a thc vape. The guy handed me a vape that was more than I could afford to put for had me try it to see if it worked. It did and I bought it. I got home and it says it's a nicotine vape. It wasn't what I asked for and they refused to take it back. Or even exchange it for what I actually asked for. This was such a a great store before the people were super helpful and friendly. I need glasses and he kept pointing at a sign that I couldn't read saying no returns. I asked for something totally different then what they gave me and couldn't see it was the wrong thing. They just lost about 5 customers and I will tell everyone my experience with them. That was so wrong. I didn't even want to spend 25$. I trusted the guy and he took advantage of that. It was not what I asked for. I'd give zero stars. And this 25$ nicotine vape is in the trash. Jerks.

I grew up going to this store. And I stopped going about 10 years ago bcuz they had gotten new owners and it was horrible. But I just went in the store for first time in years and it looks a whole lot better and smells better. Seems like it's going to be a good store to go to again. They have great prices as well way better than any store other store close by.
