I filled my daughter’s antibiotics today & the pharmacy staff was so friendly. I know every pharmacy is busy with the flu season upon us and everyone seems to be short staffed. It doesn’t go unnoticed when someone takes the time to be friendly & offer kind words. Thank you for being in the people business today : )

I placed a large order with another grocery store a month in advance, verified the day before, to only have them cancel at 10 am before I was scheduled to pick up my order at 1 pm. This order was for my school for a special event. Called Food City and Ms Paula understood my panic and tears - did my order in 1 hour. Your local grocery store and people from the community just treat you better! 5 stars for saving the day!

food City location Oak Ridge. it's now 10:30 at night and I have just got in my car at food city. we had a lady in there with a special needs adult they were doing their shopping and they had a small cart full and they were told that there was nobody to check them out unless they wanted to do self-service. after I actually had to go and get them a buggy and help them move some dog food I will say I'm very ashamed that my local food city has stoop this low. during day shift you seem to have plenty of people it's time to have a talk to some of those people and move them to nights. it appears you have a ton of two people working the whole store and one of those people was out doing the buggies in the lot your buggy rack inside the store was full so what's excuse for having one person inside one person outside send back some of your people need to do a little bit better managing. after this incident I will be looking at other stores in Oak Ridge.
