Awful awful awful very unprofessional slow no knowledge of the business products that was the second day because the first day the employee that worked there had just locked the door and left and they obviously had no back up plan to cover this type of situation.....bad bad management due to low pay no training they have no upper management don't do boost mobile

Store fine first time at this location, but if you needing to activate a phone in anyway they ate not able to because of their service is down! Never had issues until I decided to buy a new phone yesterday and tried switching out the sim card. Been with boost mobile for years!

Said couldn't set up LG was daughters phone had to have attached to someone else's acct! Is a Boost Mobile Phone Had Boost Mobile Service Before! But now not able to!!?? Something they said due to IMEI #!! Was bought & serviced there before!!?? From txt received back from Boost Mobile. This phone still pops up Boost Mobile all apps to it are still on here. But still can't set up & give a new SIM card new phone #? Popped up to receive a Boost Mobile SimCard for phone for $.99. So I had ordered it? Does mean not compatible on a Boost Mobile Phone That Needs Phone & Number set up? Not understanding it?
