I gave Yolanda five stars because that's the highest option available, however she deserves more. Yolanda is an amazing realtor that will go above and beyond to satisfy her clients while getting them the best deals she can. At the end of October 2016, my mom decided that it was time to leave Nashville. Prayer and meditation lead her to that decision...her realtor...the buyers...and ultimately a new home in South Carolina.We can't thank Yolanda "Lonnie" Smith enough. She prayed with my mom, advised her, sold her old home in ONE day and provided professional expertise on the South Carolina sale even though there was no commission in that sale for her.
