I hate xfinity a bunch but the people at the stores at least make it a bit more tolerable. Not always a perfect experience but at least they do eventually get me taken care of as opposed to the people on the phone that just lead you in a circle for hours. I just wish xfinity would simplify their services and prices. It's so dumb to know exactly what I want and have to wait 10-15 minutes for the rep to try 5 different ways to bill it to see what gets me the best deal. Don't get me wrong I'm glad they do that for me but because it's so confusing sometimes they tell me one thing and it ends up being another and I can't even tell if they made the mistake or I misunderstood what they said. But overall if this store didn't exist I would have stopped being an xfinity customer years ago for sure.

Xfinity you have got to take care of your customers. You’re losing one today. After doing some research and physically came to the store, I am happy that I won’t be giving my business to you guys. Horrible Customer service in store, no one wanted to help, very rude attitude. It’s mind blowing!

Pathetic customer service, people and managers who are just empty nuts. Messed up my services and accounts without making any confirmation. I did my part returning as they wanted me to. When it comes to refund they all goes to back stage giving different excuses that manager will give a call. Have been visiting and calling for refund since 5 months and yet nothing. Money doesnt grow on trees. The company should take action
for such people on this location

I can't believe that one of the best companies in Nashville TN can make me wait for 2 months now waiting for someone to come and connect my wifi and I called them but it's absurd I don't know if it's due to lack of staff or lack of interest I can't be waiting too long for me.
