I have been waiting for my order for 25 minutes to pick it up in the parking lot and no one arrives and they supposedly sent me a message that it was ready to pick it up. There are a lot of people here talking in loud tones, I imagine they are from the spark driver application and the customer service number is useless.

Locking doors and not allowing access to the store at gun point by armed security 20 minutes before closing is terrible practice and no way to run a business. You're 'open' for 20 more minutes... Yet you're closed. Hmm. I'll never bother coming here again.

I generally don't give reviews and I had to give one star to leave this one. If I could I would rate 0. This is the rudes most disrespectful customer service Wal-Mart there is in all of Nashville Tennessee from Management down. The staff are lazy. I was shopping and heard one of the male employees cursing loudly while they were playing around not working. Told the Management of my experience over the past two visits and she didn't care. I showed her the representative and she brushed the incident off and said she will take care of it later. I will never forget this matter or visit this store again.

I visited this location on July 31, 2024, to purchase some spray paint. Unfortunately, I had a frustrating experience that I feel needs to be addressed.
On my first visit, I was informed by the customer service center that there wasn't anyone available to assist me with accessing the spray paint cabinet. After waiting for 30 minutes with no resolution, I decided to try again later.
On my second visit, I went directly to the customer service center, where I was directed to speak with a cashier. The cashier used a walkie-talkie to call for assistance and then remarked, "Good luck if you can get anyone." This comment, while perhaps made in jest, felt indicative of a lack of concern for customer service. I waited an additional 20 minutes, totaling 50 minutes of waiting time over two visits, without receiving any help. It seemed that either the person with the key was unavailable, or there was a general lack of urgency in addressing customer needs.
Additionally, I noticed that there is an assistant button near the cabinet, which I pressed several times, but it appeared to be ineffective—more like a decoration than a functional tool for getting help.

Went to get gas use my Walmart charge card and to get points BUT I THOUGHT GAS PRICES WOULD BE BETTER I WAS SO UPSET WHEN I PULLED UP TO GET GAS IT WAS $3.25 A GAL !!!!! I PASSED UP A NUMBER OF GAS STATIONS THINKING THERE PRICES WERE BETTER BUT NO I COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT CHEAPER AT PLACES ALONG THE WAY. THEY USE TO HAVE GOOD GAS PRICES BUT NOT ANYMORE $73.00 DOLLARS LATER WHEN I COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT FOR $ 3.05 GAL IN MURFREESBORO NEVER AGAIN DON'T TRUST THEM ANYMORE. FROM NOW ON END GOING TO SAM'S AND GET MY GAS

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't know what they are teaching here but I as a black man shouldn't be constantly stared at by associates when I shop. Also I make sure to send myself a paper and text receipt whenever I shop in case the printer doesn't work because the amount of times someone had a cart full of stuff and they said go ahead and I walked by with one item and they stopped me and asked for a receipt is ridiculous. Also I get your busy sometimes but you telling me everyone there and no one can answer a phone. I literally called while standing in the electronics department one time because I was on hold for a hour at home. To my surprise the associate was just at register just on his phone then after 6 minutes he finally answered. There was no customers or anything.
