Tash and her staff are the most conscientious trainers I know! I have my share of body oddities and while I have to do my part, their persistent awareness and emphasis on form supports proper development without injuries. I just love this place. My fitness has improved so much--and my balance, self-esteem, and sense of being OK in my body! Thanks!

The absolute care and concern about form, the focus on my specific areas, and the quality of the trainers is exceptional. I like the calmer music and quieter workouts, and that we're all working on our own program in the same space. So glad I made this decision! It feels like I've made big gains in two months.

This is a stellar place to learn about your body, become more function and more fit all at the same time. I love the women only concept, it makes it a lot less intimidating to get started, foster community and stay committed. The programs are challenging, well paced yet fun. I've been training at TNB Fitness for over 18 months, and my experience there has been life-changing for me. At TNB, I have always enjoyed fun and challenging workout programs customized just for me, as well as ongoing nutritional counseling, and genuine support and encouragement from my coaches. I have also seen dramatic results in losing weight and gaining strength. TNB truly is my happy place, and I'm so grateful to have such skilled and dedicated coaches in my life. TNB Fitness (The New Beginnings) is a first class program and unlike any other program in Nashville. The owners and trainers bring their expertise from being strength training coaches at Vanderbilt but the unique program at TNB is in the details. They test your mobility and strength and then write a personalized program for you. You can't just walk in and work out. Your coach is with you or watching you at all times. For me, personally, I can't believe I have come so far so fast - and I haven't got hurt along the way! Along that line, I have Multiple Sclerosis and balance issues are a challenge. Tash designed a program for me that takes them on!!! I am so happy to tell you that it is working!!! Whatever your challenges; whatever your goals, Tash and her team are there to help you overcome and succeed in your life.
