The Car Care Center in Nashville is by far the most honest and professional mechanic I’ve been to. Steven and his crew got both my vehicles in and out quickly and gave an honest recommendation of what I need now and what can wait. I’ll be going to them for all my routine maintenance and other needs moving forward!

Y’all. My oil plug was not screwed on correctly from the last place that changed my oil and it was on the edge of popping out and I was so worried and I called car care center, Steven was so incredibly kind, they were closing within the hour but he let me stop by to help screw it back on and then he topped off the oil, so incredibly quick and kind and so helpful! Will definitely be doing my oil changes here now on! Thanks y’all so much!!!

These folks were friendly and then tried to charge me $2000 to fix and flush my radiator and fix the temp gauge. I really value the skills and work ppl do but based on my research this pricing is not standard within nashville or more broadly. They also missed the upstream issue which caused the radiator to break. I wonder if they just charged that much to see if I’d pay it bc when I told them I was taking my business elsewhere they lowered the price of labor on the radiator from $1000 to $600. It felt slimy and was enough to put me off to their services. I ended up paying them $120 for diagnostics which, again, missed the fan issue that caused the radiator to break in the first place.

Very kind staff! Brought a vehicle I was considering buying in for an inspection and I was given 100% honesty about it. They were able to get me in quickly which was great. Clean and nice waiting room. Would definitely recommend, great experience.

Their shop was about to close and I had a problem and was afraid to turn off my car they stopped what they were doing and solved it for me this is now my new auto repairs shop

I've never left a review before but this one was worth it. Last week I went in to get a spark plug I thought it was expensive ($1,600 - 1 spark plug) when they told me the price but i was in a hurry so i agreed. Week later I called around other shops in Nashville and asked them what they charged to do the rest of my spark plugs ( all averaged from $400-650). I told them about what this store had charged me and all of them said I definitely got ripped off (including the dealership). NOT only that but when i was there the buddy at the desk said my battery was dead and car doesn't start alone (It worked perfectly fine up until i parked at this shop?) and they could replace for 400$? I immediately knew it was bs, and told them just do the spark plug and nothing else. After I picked my car up (battery turned on fine) i went to auto zone to test the battery and, 100% fine, they just wanted to squeeze more money out of me. Car Care Center is the only shop I will take my car to unless they recommend a particular specialist or don't do a particular service.
Steven Wright is honest, trustworthy, explains the diagnostic services and findings well in a manner non-car experts like me can understand. Steven and his team will spend time locating and diagnosing issues with a vehicle rather than try to sell you a quick fix. Steven will also be straight with you about what your car absolutely needs, versus what might be a good idea in the short or intermediate future, versus what is unnecessary at that time. I have personally seen him tell other customers that they do not need certain services that their dealership recommended. Steven has always been straight about the cost/benefit analysis and has never led me wrong.
They warranty their work for 3 years (I think).
The Car Care Center will even pay for an Uber for you to get back home or to work for longer repairs. Their lobby is air conditioned, clean, and has complimentary snacks and soft drinks.

Dropped off my car for an oil change and servicing without an appointment, and it was done in hours. So fast on a Friday! They are super trustworthy and helpful. The online receipts and payment methods are very convenient. So glad to have found them.

I have brought my car to Car Care Center multiple times now. After the first visit, I haven’t brought it anywhere else since. Being new to Nashville and not having a mechanic that I know personally, it was hard to find someone I trust to be honest and take care of my vehicle. I have found exactly that at car care center. They truly care about all of their customers.
