The staff is amazingly friendly and attentive!They kept up with the property, kept up with my appointment, if ever I called them with a concern they immediately came to fix the problem.I would definitely live here again if I moved back to TN!

Juli and Andrea do a great job managing my Cherokee Park Duplex. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests and tenant issues. They always have several vendors they work with to expedite repairs and they are always looking for new ones that can work more efficiently and save landlords money. As an out of state investor, I would use Sound City Realty & Property Management again when I make my next purchase.

They did a great job renting my 1st home for me when I bought elsewhere and decided to keep it. For anyone not knowledgeable about renting out a property, they're the ones to go to. I moved to Murfreesboro from Nashville and did not know enough about property management to rent it out on my own. I was also busy transitioning between jobs, starting my own business in life insurance sales, and didn't have the time. Working with Sound City was a breeze and they made the experience a great one.

Our experience of buying a home with Juli and Andrea was fantastic. They we’re very tentative to our needs and always made sure to make accommodations based on our crazy schedule. During house viewings Juli was engaged, extremely knowledgeable, patient and always prepared. Last, but not least, I genuinely felt like she cared. Highly recommend!

The service of Juli Schumann, Principal Broker is standout incredible. Juli is without question one of the best property managers you could ever ask for. She has been a very tremendous help with finding my property and I commend her and the company of Sound City Realty & Property Management for all that they have done. If you are looking for help finding property I highly recommend you use their services as it will benefit you it ways you could not imagine. Juli is a manager who reaches out to her tenants and makes sure you are well taken care of. Juli is truly a five star manager and deserves every bit of praise there is to offer. Everything is automated. When I called the customer service number, the person whom I spoke with seemed clueless about the property I was inquiring about. After about 5 minutes she came up with some info. She was adamant the property was still available. Meanwhile I received an email during our call telling me the property was no longer available,?Edit-In in response to Sound City Realty's comments. Maybe automated was the wrong word to use. Everything is on the web. Scheduling a viewing is all done thru text and email. Yes I did get a live person when I called the office but again she was clueless. After spending about 5 minutes waiting for her to get information she came back and adamantly said the property was available when in fact it wasn't. I stand by my review. If the person I spoke to was a licensed real estate agent and a true Realtor, she needs more training.
