We've been doing business with RSA for about a year if not longer. Never had any issues with anything we've order. My mom never knows what to get my husband for Christmas. Last year she was able to do Christmas in July right in here budget. Very happy for her and my husband. We bought several Christmas presents this past year. Everybody was happy, for some it was their first autograph jersey.Will continue to do business until something happens and it will have to be really major.

Great customer service, my orders are always pulled with accuracy and on time. The communication with the team is always open and replied in a timely manner. Prices are the best when it comes to sports memorabilia as well. Overall since I’ve started doing business with RSA they gained 100% of my sports memorabilia business.

Excellent company to do business with. I’ve ordered many times over the past 4 years and always had an excellent experience. The one time I did receive an item that was damaged, I contacted them and the sent out a replacement asap! Five stars all around!

My football obsessed son used his birthday money to order a signed helmet, it was promptly shipped, well packaged and has certificate of authenticity. He’s one happy kid!

Sham site and terrible customer service. My review was deleted from their website and they even admitted to deleting it. Go elsewhere for your jersey and memorabilia needs. Got two mystery boxes that title says would be for “Current NFL Star Player.” One box was Keenan Allen. No complaints with that one. Great pull and obviously a star player. Second box was Braxton Berrios…no one considers him a star player. Owner can keep posting snarky responses or email replies, but the fact of the matter is that I feel misled and did not get what I paid for. The “star” boxes come at a cost higher than other options and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect to receive what I paid for.

Highly recommend this company to anyone collecting sports memorabilia, quality products, and first-class customer service. For example, recently, two orders were lost by the USPS, and without hesitation, the company made it right so we could add the items to our collection. You can't beat customer service like that nowadays.

I ordered a “Tyreek Hill Signed Kansas City Chiefs Eclipse Speed Full-Size Replica Football Helmet (JSA) × 1” the beginning of December. On 12/12/22 I received a “MINI”Tyreek Hill signed Kansas City Chiefs Eclipse helmet!!! I immediately emailed them (since no one will answer the phone and sends a text “well call you back”) and it took days to get a response. They said sorry we well get back to you soon with a solution. Someone wrote back to send the mini back and they will ship the right one. I got a fake email from a lady asking did I received it on 1/3/23. If they really sent the helmet they would have a tracking number and could see for themselves that I have not received the right helmet! The lady wrote back I’m sorry I’ll email you once I get an update. Still nothing. This place is horrible, fake, and ridiculous customer service! Don’t waste your money on this company! Run far far away!

Buyer Beware! Ordered item and was told it was shipped. Waiting since December 18. Emailed support and they keep saying we are looking into it but no resolution or follow up. They sent me a UPS tracking #, which says no info. I’m wondering if this is a scam!

Jeff is amazing!! We ordered a singed jersey last minute before Christmas. I called and asked if there was anyway to expedite the shipping. He said no problem he would take care of it and he would even help with adding a personalized note. I would highly recommend ordering from RSA. They have wonderful customer service, great attitudes, are very helpful and pick up the phone right away. We will definitely be back for more sports memorabilia. Thank you!!
