The OZ team was absolutely incredible. I was very very indecisive about my wedding dress and Grace was so patient, so creative, so supportive throughout the whole process. We ended up taking pieces from a couple of dresses to create my custom dress and it was absolutely perfect. They stuck to my budget and were transparent about costs the whole time. Olia was at one of my fitting and it was so awesome to get to meet her. The whole team was readily accessible up to AND ON the wedding day and I know I wouldn't have been able to get that level of service like that elsewhere. Photos by Glenai Gilbert Photography!

I had the best experience at Olia Zavozina. I’ve been 3 other places and this was by far THE BEST! Grace and Olia couldn’t have made me feel more special and important. Grace was the sweetest from the moment I called their phone number and when I arrived, they made me feel so seen and heard. I couldn’t recommend them enough and I said yes to the dress ♥️
Added : I got my dress altered at her alterations shop off of west end. Justin and Margo helped me and they were incredible. I have never felt so beautiful and so grateful for their team and such a good expierence

I can't say enough about Olia Zavozina! I scheduled trying on dresses last October and that day was one of my favorite experiences I had throughout the entire wedding planning process. Trying on dresses in such an intimate setting where it was just me and my people was so special, but being able to find a dress and make it my own was even more magical. Every appointment after for alterations and try on, was just as great! They even were able to get an alteration done in an hour so I could take my dress home that day! THANK YOU!

HIGHLY recommend Olia Zavozina and her team! Not only is the customer service top notch but the entire team really make this experience about you. I went to several bridal shops prior to Olia and found a few dresses that I loved, but just didn’t feel like it was made for me. After visiting Olia, we talked about the things I liked from several different dresses and they assured me that they’d make something custom for me. Well, I can easily say that they came through and then some! My expectations were blown away and after trying on the finished piece, I was speechless. The attention to detail, the last minute add-ons, the quick turnaround time, and the quality of work/material, I could not have asked for anything better. I’ll be walking down the aisle next week and I cannot wait for my family, friends, and soon-to-be husband to see me in my gown! Oh and on top of that, they were able to turn my wedding dress into my second look too with two detachable skirts! Thank you to everyone at Olia Zavozina!!!

This exceptional level of service continued throughout the process, including the kind attention and professional advice from Justin at the West End location, including the alterations staff, and everyone there who displayed their dedication to customer satisfaction and perfection in every detail. It truly was a pleasure being treated so well in a retail environment, and besides being a stunning one of a kind dress it was obviously a one of a kind service oriented business as well!

I had the best dress shopping and alterations experience I could have asked for! Grace was an incredible consultant and found the dress of my dreams solely based on the details I wanted in a dress. It wasn’t even a dress I knew existed from their website or socials. I cancelled all other appointments after my experience with her! The alterations process with Justin and his team was a wonderful experience. I was so impressed when they contacted Olia to approve any changes. Justin was so attentive and looked at every little detail. When I came back for the final alterations, they fixed everything in house that day so I could take my dress home in the same day! I would recommend buying a dress from Olia to any bride that asks! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible this business is at everything they do. From the moment you walk in the doors, you become their top priority. Every single step of the way Olia and her team make you feel as though you are the most important person in the world. All of the employees are doing exactly what they were born to do and it shows. From calling you by name to being prepped and ready for you at every appointment to sharing your emotions, they do it all. This company has a level of professionalism that is so evident as soon as the doors open and it is truly the best decision I have ever made in my wedding planning process. I had the most amazing bridal experience at Olia Zavozina. From the moment I walked in, Grace made me feel beautiful and truly understood my vision for a custom dress. She curated a selection of dresses within my budget that matched my inspirations, always being upfront about costs for any additional details. I quickly felt comfortable with Grace; she genuinely cared about helping me find my dream dress, making it more about me than just a sale.
The highlight was when Olia herself joined me during my second visit to help envision my dress, making the experience even more special. I also wanted to recreate my mother's wedding dress for my rehearsal dinner, and the team was incredibly collaborative in bringing that vision to life while keeping my budget in mind.

Ms Grace welcomed me into the store with unparalleled professionalism and warmth.
She worked tirelessly with me until we nailed down exactly what I wanted for my unique gown.
Then Olia brought it to life, with all the attention to detail that the gown required. Not stopping until perfection had been achieved. I marveled at her craftsmanship and creativity, transforming fabric and thread into a work of art.

I had the most amazing experience customizing my wedding dress! Grace at the Nashville location was so helpful, she helped me bring my dream dress to life. This was the most magical experience that every girl dreams of, I can’t thank OZ Bridal and Grace enough! My dress turned out stunning, it fit perfectly, and the material is high quality. I highly recommend! They made me feel very comfortable, and I was not rushed. They listened to me and did NOT disappoint. I can’t remember the names of the dynamic duo who helped me with my dress and veil but they know who they are ❤️. I also got the chance to be the first one to take a picture with the new sign! Thank you all so much again!

I had a horrible experience here! I paid $800 for alterations (even though they said it would be $500 for everything whenever I was buying the dress) and my dress was still falling off my shoulders. They said “there’s nothing else we can do for you” and essentially made me take home my dress. I was so upset and stressed out, but worked up the courage to take it back. They then said “ok we can do some minor changes, but we will have to charge you because you already took it home already.” I talked to another girl who went here and got her wedding dress and she said they also screwed up her dress and she went home crying until her mom encouraged her to take back the dress and get it fixed. Apparently this place is called the “mafia” amongst the other local bridal shops come to find out after going to other places with my friends for their wedding dress shopping… had no idea! Getting your wedding dress should be a fun exciting memory and I’m posting this, because no one should have to go through an experience like this before their special day!

Olia Zavozina is without a doubt the best experience. They listened to exactly what I wanted and the first dress I tried on was THE ONE, but I wanted to change the neckline. They put me in another dress with the neckline I wanted and combined the two for my dream dress. On top of that the dress was so reasonably priced. The team was so helpful and excited for me. When I came back 9 months later, I was flying in from out of town and they booked me first thing in the morning of the first day for fittings and did all the alterations in 24 hours so that I could pick it up the next morning and fly out with it. They fit the dress perfectly to me and built in all the support I needed. They also made my cowl detachable so I could wear it at the reception. The pearls down the back are jeweler grade so I can have them removed and wear them for the rest of my life. Every part of my dress was made to perfection. The pictures say it all.
The entire experience was magic, and something I will remember for the rest of my life. Big thanks to Grace, Olia, Derek and the team. Y'all were incredible to work with and made me feel like a star for my special day. I couldn't wish for a better experience, only that I will have an event special enough to make it back one day!
