Had a good experience here. My car was totalled by a tow truck earlier this year, so I needed a different vehicle. Sales team was great and patient. Explained everything very well, and I felt no pressure while I was there. Service department has been great each time I've gone for oil changes. The only less positive experience I had was with the manager himself. Remember, this car was for me. I would be driving it. I would be making the payments. I would be the primary person listed on the car. My husband came along with me that day just because we always have eachother co sign things. Just a preference. I co sign for him and vice versa. Plus, my credit was GREAT about 1.5 years ago, but credit card fraud got committed with over 12k run up in my name without my knowledge, and it's not fully fixed. So it just seemed wise. Manager/owner came over to the table while my husband was in the restroom. Manager asked where my husband was. I said in the restroom. So he said he'd come back in a bit. He came back when my husband was around and talked to only him. And then congratulated him on his new car as we left and didnt look my way. It's truly not the biggest of deals. So I'm not sure why to this day it bothers me. He seemed like an overall good guy. I'm sure statistically if couples are there together, maybe it is the man paying. But my suggestion, in order to make a buying experience as wonderful as possible, know who the vehicle is for and speak to the right person.

Had a great experience purchasing our CX-90 from Nelson Mazda. We live elsewhere in Tennessee so I submitted our information online. Amy got back to us the next day and personally delivered our car to us by the end of the week at a very reasonable cost. Great experience from start to finish! They were not super pushy with the dealer add-ons/warranties/etc. which I appreciated. Best of all got a great interest rate!

Bought a Mazda CX-30 turbo with around 28k miles on the dash. Within the first week the car now has a harsh metal grinding sound when breaking. Took it to service at the dealership and they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. I drove out of the dealership with the vehicle. It was in fact still grinding metal after being “serviced.”

Amy Breveard in sales was wonderful. She was patient, and very knowledgeable. I can honestly say she'll be who we look for when we purchase again. Love Mazda vehicles also !

I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was friendly and they greet you right when you walk in the door. I worked with Jacob and it's been 2 weeks since purchasing my Mazda3 Turbo, and 3k miles on it and I have had no issues at all. Jacob was super helpful through the whole process and never pushy, especially with my trade paperwork due to my cosigner being in another state. They knew exactly what to do in this situation unlike another dealership who wanted her to be present. I'm hoping to get lots of life out of my car but when the time comes I will definitely consider returning to Nelson Mazda for my next purchase!

Noon Took my car in for service day before it was scheduled the next day at 11 do to having a ride. At 4 pm dealer called and repairs done. I was able to pick it up for I still had a ride.

Anthony Long made our buying process a great experience! We walked onto the lot not expecting to buy a car there. We had every intention of shopping around and had our sights set on a Honda or Toyota. We left a few hours later in a CX-50 and are very pleased with the price we paid. The process was easy, we only dealt with 1 person the entire time, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand for someone whose only bought 1 other car from a dealership. I really feel like Anthony was not pushy like the average car salesman and only recommended warranty add ons that would truly benefit us.

I have been a customer of Nelson Mazda's service department ever since I purchased a new CX-5 about three years ago. The car has been great, and the only service I have needed is the routine maintenance. Every time I have taken my car in for service, I have been extremely pleased with the politeness, the professionalism, and the efficiency of the staff. The prices and wait times have been very reasonable. I would highly recommend Nelson Mazda, and especially their service department, to anyone looking for good quality work!

I was visiting Nashville area for work when my Mazda 3 started to make a terrible noise coming from the rear of the car. I called Nelson Mazda at 2pm on a busy day to see if they could squeeze me in to check the noise out. I was told to bring it right in and they will take care of me. Service advisor James was super polite and professional and took care of me right away. Senior tech Zack sent me an awesome video showing me the issue going on with my car as well as giving me a full inspection. 10/10 service. Got me back on the road quickly. Thanks guys!

I want to leave a review for Jacob Veldman. I live 6-7 hours away and found a used car at this lot that I was interested in. Jacob went ABOVE and BEYOND to send me videos of all items I wanted to see prior to making the journey to see the vehicle in person. To no fault of his own, I did not purchase the vehicle as I had determined that I did not like the interior color. However, through each customized video and e-mail communication, I felt incredibly confident that purchasing from Nelson Mazda with Jacob Veldman would have been a very pleasant purchasing experience. Honesty and transparency seemed to be of utmost importance to Jacob and it was VERY MUCH appreciated! Although we may not have purchased THIS time...we will keep ya'll in mind for future! And...of course recommend others to give Nelson Mazda a try!

I'm satisfied with the car I bought, but you can find a Mazda anywhere. I'm leaving 3 stars because I made it explicitly clear that I did not want to be contacted by phone, email or anything else. I even refused to provide them until we were ready to write a contract. I was assured that I would not receive unsolicited calls or emails by salesperson Nick Wilson. Well lo and behold two weeks later and I have multiple phone calls and emails from Nelson Mazda some from Wilson himself. I do not feel that my wishes were heard or that my boundaries were respected.
