Martin Lovelace was referred by my girlfriend and within days of having a discussion about what I was looking for in a property, he sent me a list of properties and I put in an offer on one of them. Martin was always available and very responsive even in weekends if I had questions. He also referred me too another lender hen my original lender dropped the ball on my closing. The new lender got my loan approved and I closed 16 business days. Martin worked hard to find me my new home which I absolutely love. Thanks Martin!!!

I’ve worked with many realtors in Nashville over the years and I honestly wasn’t looking forward to working with another one. However, Martin surpassed any previous perceptions I had about realtors and went above and beyond his scope to sell my home. He was intelligent, personable, self aware, confident, responsive and overall successful in selling my home. He was EXCEPTIONAL and I recommend him without hesitation. He has set the bar extremely high for realtors. He took a normally stressful situation and made it seamless. Hands down-best realtor in Nashville if not in the nation. Would never work with anyone else now.

Our family had a wonderful experience with Martin Lovelace. He helped relocate our family from Florida to Tennessee. He spent many weekends showing us houses in different places in Nashville, Brentwood and Franklin, until we found the perfect home. Always available for us and ready to give us referrals and any information that would help us with the relocation.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience working with Martin and his team. They are very friendly and professional. I was looking for someone that was knowledgeable and that could sell my home quickly, because I was relocating to another city. And I am glad to say, Martin did just that! He sold my home in no time. We worked with Martin on the purchase of our new home in the Nashville area. Martin was extremely professional, informative, and flexible. We were moving from Knoxville during COVID which meant Skype tours through homes and last minute trips and showings. He was extremely helpful describing the areas around Nashville and the advantages and disadvantages of each. The closing process was flawless - very easy from a buyer’s perspective. The icing on the cake was when he helped us over a month after closing by moving newly delivered furniture into our house while we were out of town. Exceptional relationship building and customer service. I look forward to working with him again someday!

Martin is great at understanding what you're looking for in a home. He patiently worked with me to find the right home in my budget. He's a good negotiator and kept the process of buying a home (and later selling that home!) running smoothly all the way through closing.
