The employee had the door shut so you had to use the side window I also work for a mapco and she could clearly see I had my shirt still on needed to pin in my number for gas which she asked for my number but didn't give me my 6 cent discount the gas was 3.27 still which it should have been 3.21 she is very rude the few times I have came in this store the first time one of the employees was asleep in the corner that other employee was very rude was in her phone not paying no attention this place needs better people that's not so miserable

Ive been nervous about coming to this Mapco location recently because of the drama, violence, loitering and questionable individuals in the area, not to mention the store was a disaster. However, today, I noticed there is a new manager here named Amber Henderson. Very nice, very professional. I genuinely hope Mapco keeps this young lady as manager here because I can visually see the improvement since she has started here

❌STOP, TURN AWAY! ?Car wash is a JOKE! Quite certain a preschooler put this together! We literally laughed aloud after paying $12 for the top car wash. 6pm & no one is inside to do any refunding❌❌❌ GROSS!

Whoever runs this store has been “notifying the district manager” for months now and nothing has changed. Good luck catching this store open. Literally choose any other gas station. Don’t waste your time with this one.Edit: I received the generic “notifying district manager” response 2 hours after posting my review. In that time, the store was still closed. ?

Employees close the store even though it lists being open 24/7. Just shut down the location because your employees don't want to work. Went there to buy some water on Thursday at 6;45pm and the lady behind the counter said they were closed.

The Manager of this store is rude as hell. She likes to completely close the store at random during peak times. One time, she closed because she thought she smelled gas. If you work at a gas station, your bound to smell it once in a while...

Manager is sooo rude and disrespectful it’s sickening. This PIG sat and called her employee fat, Then proceeded to yell at him in front of the entire store because he needed help with lottery, ON HIS SECOND DAY!! Everytime I come to this location (closest to my home) she’s outside sitting her Ford fusion smoking a cigarette and talking on the phone. Yesterday I watched her yell at the same young man as today about being on his phone.. all the while she is on hers leaning over the counter. The employee turn over rate is so high because of bad management. It’s so sad. She doesn’t need to work in customer service as she has no hospitable bone in her LARGE body.

Guess 24 hours doesn't mean the same thing I thought it did. All the lights are on but the attendant is nowhere to be found and door is turned off. If their not open 24 hours (all day) then don't post it on the door
